“The room was really run down. The AC was not working properly. They have new, nicer looking rooms, but you have to pay at least $300 a night for them. $200, not a cheap room at all, gives you a lousy room. The food was ok. Prices were on the expensive side, but not super crazy. Service was terrible all around. Slow and unhelpful. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7. By 7:20, none of the servers had arrived.

“Will not give me a room”

“I dont like the costumer service No AC it’s too much noise why the pool”
