The house is beautiful. Located on a quiet street close to grocery shopping. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and deck provided an ideal setting with a view of the hills. Used the firepit and the hot tub as well. Will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend this house

Wonderful getaway

The house has a great open layout that spaciously accommodates 8 people. Love the en suite rooms and additional game room on the side. The landscaping and outdoor area is beautifully manicured.

Quality home but hidden cost

Everything about the home was great!However, after finding this home on VRBO, after selecting a booking I suddenly was presented with a higher cost than advertised because the company VACASA was managing the home for the owners. The VACASA cost was significant, and a surprise since the VACASA cost was not addressed in the VRBO listing.

Perfect for a Couples Getaway!

This house is amazing! The layout of the house is perfect for a couples getaway. We had 3 couples staying in the house and there was plenty of privacy plus space! The kitchen was fully equipped, the setting in the backyard is absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend this house for a group of adults traveling to the area. A car is a must though in order to travel to the various towns in NAPA and SONOMA.

We love this area in wine country and the house did not disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked. We love that each of the four bedrooms had their own en-suite. Outdoor area was beautiful with a wonderful hot tub and fire pit area. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for three days in early May. The pool was warm enough to swim in even though it was not heated. (Pool not heated until after Memorial Day) Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The home and back yard are amazing.

Very nice home and property

We found the house and property to be fantastic. Easy all the way around. It was great to find an option with 4 king beds. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot! Game room was a nice added bonus. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Kenwood Home

This home is convenient to Sonoma wineries and has the perfect layout for multiple couples to have king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor space is gorgeous and even better than the pictures! We hope to go back to this home again on our next trip to the area!

Fantastic Getaway

We had family visiting us for the Christmas holidays from Canada and we wanted to do a little getaway for 3 nights (7 of us in total, 5 adults, 2 kids). This property was amazing!!! Too cold to use the pool, but hot tub, fire pit, rec room, not to mention the large living area and kitchen inside was put to good use. Everything true to the listing, clean, beautiful. Not a single complaint!

Kenwood Girl’s Trip

Perfect place to stay for a girl’s trip to Sonoma Valley. Centrally located with some excellent wineries nearby, we found this to be so convenient for our itinerary. Having four full bathrooms and four king size beds was the biggest selling point for our group of 8. Property is as pictured. The game room in the garage and self-playing piano were fun bonuses.

Nice rental! Beautiful home with lots of technology and amenities. Labels were great. More instructions for operating the high tech appliances and thermostat would have been great!
