“Our experience with ‘Moongate villa’ was disappointing because on our 2nd day, some building works began next door which woke us up at 8.00am in the morning and the cement pouring and flattening machines started working. It’s no exaggeration to say that the whole of our building vibrated to the machines being used. As for the noise all of this created, it was horrendous!
The owners of ‘Moongate villa’ agreed to give us 1 x night free of charge. Please confirm that you can refund us this back...

We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
The lodge is exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and clearly run with great attention to detail. We would especially like to thank the fantastic hosts, Greg and Peter. “Photos on website is not an accurate representation of the condition of the units. We arrived and decided not to stay there. We had to pay for the first night due to late cancellation, but relieved not to stay there. The rooms smell, the carpets are worn and the bed felt terrible. Not a place we will recommend to anyone, just not worth it!”
