"The esthetic was nice, but that is the only thing. Rooms, amenities from internet, bed horrible, no fridge in the room, I had a baby, it was stressful. Staff are slow, the internet was a nightmare, just so much wrong with this place, I will not go back here."

"I fell in love with Kisii, much in thanks to Humphrey's Hill House. Their property is spectacular. Lush gardens with a enormous pavillion, trails, and many beautiful places to sit and take in the views. Very tastefully decorated with local cultural artifacts. Staff where ALL kind, curious, and professional. ..."
