“Great hotel close to everything ”

“Cute cabin overlooking the hill country! We stayed two nights and were very comfortable. The area is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the shower works well but the owners will tell you that hot water is limited. We had enough time to shower but you don't want to linger. The incinerator toilet is interesting but works just fine. ”

“We had a wonderful time. The cabin was spotless, they thought of everything for us. So comfortable, and convenient. We loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs having our coffee. Would love to stay here again!”

“The house is so cute. We enjoyed the decor, the record player and the feel of the old house. It was very clean and cozy. The only thing that could be improved was the back bedroom mattress. Otherwise it was perfect for a sweet little getaway! ”

“The property was exactly as described, clean and cozy. A little too far to walk to Main St. but a very short drive. You have to pick the key up at the Gastehaus Schmidt office on Main which is a little inconvenient. Overall great 2 night stay!”
