“Highly recommended! Sharon is a lovely lady with a warm and friendly personality. The B&B is decorated to a high standard with lots of William Morris touches in keeping with the style and age of the property. Sharon clearly has very high standards of cleanliness as there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and bedding and towels smelled and felt clean. Breakfast was gorgeous with homemade jams and a wide selection including pancakes and waffles if you're not a full English person. Sharon...

“We had the best sleeps in these beds!!!! The breeze through the big windows was a relief. The room was perfect for myself and 2 boys, spacious and everything we needed!!! Breakfast was delicious, the Yorkshire tea brewed in a pot was perfect. Lorraine and Simon are lovely hosts, I would definitely recommend the guest house to my friends. ”

“The house is in a beautiful location and we were greeted by Alfie. We were made welcome from the very beginning and looked after well. Our twin room was perfect with amazing views. We were recommended a walk to the lake and took a picnic, beautiful scenery and incredibly relaxing. A must do! We were provided with a delicious cooked breakfast and fresh bread. We will absolutely be visiting again and we wished we’d stayed longer than 1 night. ”
