“The staff make you feel so welcome when you arrive and throughout your stay. Nothing is too much trouble.
Breakfast is delicious with several options for hot food and a buffet of cold food. Lovely views from the dining room too.
We missed the free afternoon homemade cake the first day so they made my husband gluten free flapjacks and put them on our breakfast table the next day. They were fully aware of coeliac disease.
It is a pleasant walk into Keswick although a few hills. There is free...

“This is a very good B&B for a travellers rest. We had a very clean and quiet room and the B&B is very well located close to the centre of Keswick and all it has to offer. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts are welcoming and friendly.”

“Beautiful property in the grounds of Greystoke Castle. Idyllic. The hostess was very welcoming and showed us round the room. Everything is well thought out, even provided a torch to use if you are out late. Welcome fruit and water in the fridge in the room and an extensive choice of hot drinks available to make. Fresh milk available in the room too. Very comfortable stay and wide choice of food for breakfast all freshly prepared.”

“Our stay was perfect. The room was big enough for our family of four, bed were very comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy. What’s an added bonus is the best breakfast you will ever have! Award winning marmalades, served with HOMEMADE bread and all of the ingredients of the cooked breakfast’s are local and high quality.
