“Stay went well. Wished there was a washer/dryer but it didn’t promise that so that’s on me. Location was very very close to Smith Football stadium so would be convenient for games. ”

“Excellent property, clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to neighborhood and downtown restaurants. Off-street parking worked well for our van. Listing was accurate except Wi-Fi wasn’t available. I’m sure the owners would have worked to fix that had we notified them - but we didn’t want to disrupt our down time in the home to accommodate that.”

“We had three families sharing the house for a long weekend on the lake. It was a great size for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone. Mark (the owner) was especially responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and staying in touch throughout for any questions/issues.The house has great lake access on a quieter area of the lake with ample space for boat tie ups at the dock. We very much enjoyed our stay!”

Plenty of space for a couple of two for a long stay. Every appliance needed was there and working well. An abundance of china, glasses, cooking ware and paper products were stocked. Friendly neighbors. Everything well kept in this cottage. Look forward to another stay here in the future.”

“So much of this trip was ideal. From attentive communication to easy check-in to a gorgeous setting, we appreciated it all. Take care with the driveway as rain has washed some small places away. Slow and steady. Location is ideal for a quick trip to Charlottesville or Shenendoah National Park. The restaurant on nearby Lydia mountain has solid offerings and rockstar patio views.
