  • Centrally located in the wonderful town of Keswick, discover all that northern Lakeland has to offer from this apartment.. All on the Third Floor:

    Open plan living space.

    Living area: 43" Smart TV, Freesat, Bluray Player, DAB Radio

    Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washer Dryer

    Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

    Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Allocated parking for 1 car, 200 yards away. No smoking.. Situated in the heart of this vibrant town, this holiday apartment has great views of Skiddaw from its third floor location accessed via an external staircase, in a small block comprising seven apartments. It is tastefully furnished with top quality solid oak and soft furnishings including a Hypnos mattress, modern kitchen with high gloss doors and spacious shower room. With all the excellent amenities Keswick has to offer literally on the doorstep, private parking space, and walks from the door, 5 Balmoral House is an excellent base for your walking holiday in northern Lakeland. Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake are within a five-minute walk, via Hope Park, with ornamental gardens, mini golf and crazy golf.

    Derwentwater 400 yards away. The gaps between the railings on the external steps are more than 10cms. Parking is located 200 yards to the rear of the property.

Great apartment right in the centre of Keswick.

Great apartment right in the centre of Keswick. For the not so nimble the climb up the external stairs to the front door is a bit of a challenge, especially in the dark, but the apartment itself was welcoming and it wasn't long before it felt like home. It's equipped with everything you'll need and was very clean. Good walks from the town centre and probably even better during the summer when the nearby Keswick Launch would provide alternative start points to some quality rambles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot, although we didn't use our car whilst we were there, but in summer this would be a huge benefit. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Situated in middle of Keswick, which gives apartment excellent views.

Situated in middle of Keswick, which gives apartment excellent views. Very warm, did not need to put heating on in October! Apartment is very modern and well equipped with everything you need. You do lots of exercise walking up and down the stairs to the apartment, but don't be out off by this, as apartment is worth the effort. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A clean modern apartment - situated 2 minutes from the town centre of Keswick and 5 minutes from the beautiful Derwentwater. In spite of having to climb 50 steps to get to the flat, it was obvious it was going to be the perfect holiday location. Highly recommended

Once again ( as our 2nd stay ) a comfortable and well equipped apartment, would recommend to friends as long as able to climb the 40 plus outside steps to this apartment. Only downside little bit of noise from deliveries to neighbouring shops but a small price for all amenities near by

An excellent, well fitted out apartment with plenty of room for two.

An excellent, well fitted out apartment with plenty of room for two. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the large selection of DVDs to go with the Freesat TV was an unexpected bonus. It is very well situated in the centre of Keswick with many pubs, cafes and restaurants all within a few hundred yards. The private parking space was very useful. The only downside was the 49 steps to the entrance door, still, this keeps you in trim for walking the fells!

An amazing flat in a perfect place.

An amazing flat in a perfect place.a short walk to the lake and to the shops but very quiet.views of the hills from the balcony and the bedroom window . All and I do mean all of the people were so friendly where ever we went in the Lake District.we did lots of driving about looking at various places and found Keswick to be a perfect place for a base

We loved this cozy flat located centrally in Keswick. It is ideal that it came with its own parking space as parking can sometimes be difficult in the centre. The flat itself was comfortable and we'll equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, after full days on the fells! Would love to stay again.
