    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi using high speed full fibre broadband. Highchair.. Private parking for 1 car.. This lovely well appointed and spacious first floor apartment is centrally situated in the popular Lake District town of Keswick. The flat comes fully furnished with high quality beds and full fibre broadband. It has views of the nearby Lakeland Fells, providing ample opportunity for gentle lake shore and low level walks to more strenuous day long hikes to the summits of Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn. The holiday apartment is only a few minutes’ stroll from the numerous amenities of Keswick town centre and Derwentwater. In fact you can park your car for the week and enjoy the parks, gardens, golf, mountain bikes, watersports, lake cruises, theatre, cinema and good bus routes connecting a variety of walks and lakeland towns. Shop, pubs and restaurants 300 yards.

A fabulous flat in a great location.

A fabulous flat in a great location. The owners have given a lot of thought about the little things that make a great difference to experience. When we arrived we’d been provided with milk in the fridge, fruit - even biscuits and tea and coffee (lots of other things too), there were maps, info on local attractions, board games - just so many different things that were so helpful but too many to list here. We are reasonably well travelled and I have to say this was probably the best place we’ve rented in terms of provision to help with our stay. Thank you very much to the owners!!

This unit was the perfect spot for our trip to Keswick. Quiet and yet close to everything. Especially the VERY excellent grocery store. It was so very nice having the basic things like tea, coffee, milk, cookies, oil, spices... all available in the unit. Thank you.

What a find.

What a find. The flat was immaculate. Comfortable, well equipped. Couldn’t fault it. And the owners had added Christmas decorations and a tree. Even festive napkins. An added personal touch was a Christmas card together with fresh fruit, milk , biscuits( in a festive tin) tea, coffee. I am booked to stay there again next year and I am so pleased I am. 10/10

Wonderful property so comfortable and well equipped. We had a lovely short break here, never needed to use the car as everything was within walking distance- shops, lake, theatre. Home from home, would definitely recommend and return if possible.

Probably the best place we have ever stayed in.

Probably the best place we have ever stayed in. Lots of cupboard and storgae space in bedrooms. In addition to a high standard of provision there were thoughtful little extras like cake and biscuit tins, foil, clingfilm and sandwich bags in the kitchen. There were lovely picture books about the Lake District, maps, walking books, games, up-to-date bus time tables. We were a litle afraid before we went that, being a convenient 3 minutes walk from Booth's (lovely ready-meals) and the bus station, it would be noisy but it was incredibly still and quiet. Also no noise from upstairs or downstairs. Two of us had bus passes and the third bought a week pass for under £30 and we used buses rather than the car, making interesting linear walks. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water - but one tip: don't try en suite shower while bath still running!

Lovely cottage will everything you could possibly need and more. The only thing it would benefit from are some black out blinds in the bedrooms however this is only necessary as I have a toddler! It was also not made easy to do the recycling which I personally feel is important.

This flat is very comfortable, very well equipped, very well organised and really welcoming. Very clean, bright and well lit. Great views of mountain tops from most windows. Really quiet location yet a stones throw from the bus hub and the best supermarket. We were delighted to find fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk ready on arrival along with dishwasher and laundry tabs. Beds are very comfy including the sofa bed. Highly recommend this flat.
