Overall, it was a nice stay. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a good location. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping did a good job during our visit. Most of the staff were polite and helpful, which made our stay pleasant.
However, I did have a disappointing experience with the manager. I told him that I didn’t want a baby cot in the room because it looked dirty. Instead of understanding my concern, he questioned me in a slightly rude manner and gave me an unfriendly look. As a guest, I believe every concern should be handled with courtesy and professionalism, no matter how small it may seem.
This interaction left a bad impression, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Good customer service is as important as the property itself.
I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and location — but I hope the management works on their attitude and how they deal with guest feedback.
