“This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. “This home has a wonderful enclosed front porch overlooking the Mississippi. We watched an eagle catch a fish right in front of us, and enjoyed the barge traffic going by. We also had spectacular sunrises while there. This home has PLENTY of room for a group. The only downside - the freight trains going through feet from the back of the home in the middle of the night blowing their horn. This woke us up at least 3 times a night.”

“Super cool, super clean, great location in a super cute area! We had a GREAT time on our relaxing weekend getaway. Being right on the riverfront with a great view through the front windows was pretty great. The bar/coffee house downstairs was fun. :) We're pickleball players, and there were a number of great options nearby. We went to Riverside Park and it was a really nice place to play. “We loved this house - plenty of room to spread out. Very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Only things you should look into.... 1. Back lock would not work (going to patio...) 2. If you took a bath in jacuzzi tub the water got cold after it just barely went above the jets. We would definitely stay again.”

“This is such a neat historic home with lots of room for the 8 of us to spread out and also be together around the table playing games. The weather didn't quite cooperate the night we were planning to have a fire, but there is a fire ring with plenty of wood available and lots of outdoor seating.
