“Wonderful little place to stay”

“We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house.”

“The property is new and easy to access. We choose to stay here mainly for three reasons. The 50' Boat slip, Pool, and walking beach access. Overall the property is a good little getaway. It is directly infront of a busy intersection which the master bedroom boarders and will hear with its proximity to the road. “We had a wonderful time at the property! It was clean and had everything we needed. The high point was the pool! We spent most of our time there. It was clean and refreshing on the hot Florida days. The location was beautiful, as well. I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“We had a great time in Key Colony with our family. We took advantage of the pool and beaches onsite along with the dog park. Marathon has a lot to offer and just a 1.5 hr ride to Key West. Lots of options close by or enjoy the house on the water with dock. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set over the water. Great walking paths to enjoy. Very safe and friendly location. We loved that it was pet friendly.”

“The house is great and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities. It offers a lot of space to feel comfortable. The small problem we had in the bathroom was solved quickly, although the person in charge on the phone did not seem competent and asked extensively for all kinds of numbers (booking, name, phone, and many more).”

There was all kinds of big boats docked along the canal so I feel safe to say that any guest bringing a boat is good to go. We have a 28 ft boat, big trailer and big truck. “Very clean, updated property in an excellent area. Cabana club was a bonus, very convenient with good food and not too crowded. Very near beach. Small complaints about property were not well stocked with linens and pillows were not plentiful. Alarm on patio doors was annoying but owners were very responsive to shut it off as we were all adults. Otherwise, great rental property.”

“This property is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a stay in The Keys! The outside space is amazing and the house was just what we needed -- comfy bed and great appliances. Our friends rented the other side of the duplex and we had a great week around the tiki bar and in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Our check in process was as smooth as you could ask for. Liz and Bob are the ultimate hosts, both caring and communicating. They truly care about your stay and comfort. We had 3 families, 6 adults, 3 teens and one almost teen. With the room in this house there was never any crowding. Two family rooms with T.V. and T.V. in every bedroom. “Very pleased with our stay at this property. The house has all the amenities to make your stay feel like a mini resort. There are bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, a grill, a deep freezer and a quaint comfortable sitting area on overlooking the canal. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable.
