  • Distinctive and luxury living is redefined in this exceptional, 2600 sq ft. two-story townhouse. Even as you approach the threshold it becomes immediately apparent this is not your ordinary vacation accommodation. The custom entry door leads invitingly into the foyer lighted with dazzling crystal sconces which perfectly showcases the inlaid tile staircase.

    On this first floor is a master bedroom with a king bed and a stunning ensuite done with impeccable detail and a custom walk-in closet. Just outside this master suite is an open sitting area with a sleeper sofa (open sleeping area, no door) and laundry center.

    The second floor welcomes you to the heart of the home with a considerably wide and open floor plan of unique richness and exceptional décor. The ceilings are high throughout the living and dining areas, and the kitchen with cherry cabinetry, dazzling black granite, and high-end stainless steel appliances will gratify even the most discerning cook.

    An additional two bedrooms are situated on this level, a king bedroom with an ensuite and another with two twin beds, which round out the sleeping in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse.

    Sleeps 8 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 8.

Family vacation

Nice place, but not walkable to any restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. Definitely a great location for boating.

Short July Stay

The place was clean and the amenities were nice and easy to access. Lighting and plumbing fixtures could be nicer/updated but it didn’t detract from the stay.

Family wedding stay

Booked this place for a few nights with my family since we had a wedding nearby. It was a great experience. The 1st floor AC was not working upon arriving but had contacted the property management and they had someone sent out to fix it in a couple hours which was super appreciated. Check in process was amazing and easy. Would stay again 10/10

Nice clean property and grounds. Not a great place for families, better for retirement crowd. Outdoor patio faced forest and felt a little closed in. Unit was clean and had everything you needed, just a little too chill of a resort for a family with teens.

House was beautiful, very comfortable and accommodating from me and my family. We mostly hung out and used the on-site facilities, pool and hot tub were very nice, had lunch down by the ocean and the kids enjoyed the game room, the pool was a little cold for the kids lol. Do not remember her name, but she was super nice and helpful and check in was simple and easy.

The pool and hot tub was very nice and easily accessible. Key Largo has some of the best restaurants in the Keys. There were parks and shops to frequent, the weather on this trip was too cold for water based activities. Barefeet Rentals made the process easy.

Good times in the keys

The property was really good, amenities also pretty good, my only comment is around some Neighbours (the ones who reside there permanently) which were in some instances, a bit rude to us.

The unit was clean, spacious, and highly comfortable.

The unit was clean, spacious, and highly comfortable. There were so many things thought of, from the California king to the super sophisticated (but easy to use) espresso machine. The bi-level made it very easy for a large party to stay without disturbing each other. And the walk of fewer than 5 minutes to the ocean and ample pool/hot tubs can't be beaten.

We had everything we needed from towels to cookware. Beds could’ve been a little more comfortable but everything was great. Beautiful property. Our place to stay was very clean and well kept. Again excellent service. Great communication. Gave us all the information we needed to know including directions and baby equipment rental services.

Condo was nice but sheets & beds definitely dated and master bedroom did not have a closet- only had a coat rack. The property was also nice, but really not much to do. No beach access.

Great house and great community.

Great house and great community. Only issue was that the air conditioning couldn’t go below 73 degrees. Didn’t sleep as well as I’d like because it was hot at night in downstairs bedroom

We had 5 adults and enjoyed our trip very much and will be back for sure! Location was great couple hours drive to key west lost of fun places to stop and check out on the ride down! We will be back for sure! Lots of space to spread out not far from the pool! We drove down to key west and rented a boat for the day and explored which I highly recommend! We used Spencers Boat yard out of Key West! We got to town earlier than expected the rental wasn’t ready we asked if we could check in early the rental office was very helpful on checking and communicating with me what was going on! Check in an out were very easy! And the communication was great!

Great condo and location

The condo is very large and comfortable, and is in a very nice complex with a security guard. The complex has a marina and a fishing pier, two swimming pools and a hot tub. The streets are shady for walking. The king bed on the lower level is very comfortable. The king bed upstairs has a topper which was not to the liking of our party, but others may like it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and has newer appliances. There is only a one hour window for check-in at the office, but I sent a scan of my ID ahead of time and they left the lock code and other materials in a pick-up location, and that worked well. We did not need to contact the rental office for any problems during our stay.
