Beautiful waterfront area with incredible sunsets! We came at a slow time of the year and it was like having the place practically to ourselves. Staff were friendly and the area was kept cleaned. Relaxing stay!

Family fun

We are a huge family traveling on school vacations several times a year. The view and waterfront were beyond belief. The teens took the boats and. Kayaks out to explore. John prnnicamp state park and Key West were two fun days. Don’t miss this well cared for waterfront resort.

A Day In Paradise

We booked this property to stay at after returning from a cruise. We are a group of 7, mostly young adults. We arrived early and the housekeeping staff hustled to allow us in the house early. We had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the outside accommodations, the hammock, the lounge chairs and outdoor seating. The bathroom near the water was especially appreciated. We saw many lizards, birds and fish. We were immediate visited by a sting ray when we walked out on the dock. Once we took the kayaks and paddle boards out we had close up uncounters with the neighborhood manatees. There are 2 partially sunken ships that we paddled out to and enjoying the sealife that had taken them over with our snorkel gear. The owner, Lana, stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations. Both the house and grounds were very clean and well kept. It was easy to get in the locked entrance gate as well as the house. Our entire party agreed this was one of the most enjoyable accommodations we have ever stayed at. We are definitely planning a repeat visit!

A slice of paradise

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. Next time we plan to bring our boat to explore the bay a bit more. There is plenty of dockage onsite. The water activities are limitless here and the peaceful mornings and evenings can't be beat. Even with all the homes rented you still feel like you are at a private beach. My husband snorkeled for lobster, the kids used the kayak and paddle boards and played cornhole. There were plenty of high end chairs and lounges for relaxing on the sand. The pier with dockage is one of a kind With lots of sea life. We saw a few manatee as well. Its very pet friendly with doggie waste bags throughtout the property making it super convenient to clean up after them. Its close to restaurants and shops yet private and secure with gated entry. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful stay

Property is perfect for a getaway. So beautiful. We stayed in the Bayside and it was just perfect. So much to do. Games, kayaks, fishing. Right on the property we saw fish, manatees, lobster, nurse shark and so much more. Dock was perfect for our boat. I would definitely go there again. Everyone had a great time.

Great 21st Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect location- only 1.5 hrs from my daughter's school. Her friends came down for a couple days of fun on the beach! Even the colder weather didn't spoil the fun. We were able to cook, play games, walk the pier, enjoy the hammocks - all without leaving out spot! We WILL be back!!

Amazing all around!
