It features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There's a beautiful bedroom with a water view and a large, modern closet. We also have a second bed in our living room, where you'll find a modern sofa bed with storage for linens. We have a washer and dryer, a dining area, a modern TV, and Starlink internet service. Our bathroom is small but completely remodeled, beautiful, and elegant—it looks like it came straight out of a design magazine. We're sure you'll be impressed by the beauty of this little house, surrounded by lush natural plants both inside and out, evoking nature and creating a sense of peace and relaxation. We also have 6 kayaks singles and doubles, a barbecue grill, a floating dock, and our private dock where you can park a boat up to 23 feet plus a motor. In addition, we have a boat ramp and spaces to park your boat trailer (Free parking for trailers and large vehicles on the street on a first-come, first-serve basis ). We also have 20-foot private parking in front of the property for a compact car and a swimming pool located within the Manatee Cove community.
