Very simple and clear check in and out process. Everything was exactly as described. Simple amenities and some items (such as coffee) were available. The unit was in close proximity of shopping, eateries, and the pier. Works definitely stay here again when in the area! Thank you very much!

Property was very nice, everything in walking distance, and the golf cart added a nice touch for exploring, or getting to further out locations quickly. The pool was small, but clean, and had two fresh water showers. Plenty of furniture on the pool deck. The Lagoon was incredible! We snorkeled and kayaked on it... so deep I couldn't reach the bottom, and the Coquina walls provided a great backdrop for all the fish. The 3 story condo was not particularly conducive to small children. We had to keep both sets of stairs blocked at all times. Stairways were also quite steep and narrow. The ground floor feels much like a walk-out basement with limited windows, but main floor (2nd level) and 3rd floor (main bedrooms) were well lit and well appointed.Our only main complaint was with the guards. They were somewhat rude on arrival, stating that we could only use overflow parking with THEIR permission, even though we had cleared that in advance with our host! Our late arriving guests had to wait nearly 20 minutes at the gate while the guard was on break. (Why not have a backup?) We were also delayed by guards on break when trying to get a key to the locked tennis courts. When I called from the gate call box to request the key, she opened the gate without ever responding to me, then hung up. Not once, not twice, but three times! I finally gave up and called the number posted on the window, only to go straight to voicemail. Pathetic! With better guards, rating would be 5.

Overall the property was good. The first night we had no issues. We woke early for an excusion and the entire second floor smelt like vomit. We investigated and it was coming from behind the refrigerator. I contacted the host. They sent someone to investigate. When we returned it still smelt like vomit but they had sprayed something to cover it up. Eventually the cover up smell went away and we were left with the smell of vomit again. The down stairs shower didnt have working hot water because the knob was broken. Outside of those issues the place was nice and quiet.

This was the perfect central location to the activities we had planned, one deep sea fishing charter and a snorkeling charter. Grocery store was close (Florida girl loves her Publix) and house was equipped with everything we needed. This will be on our rotation every year for sure!

Not What I Expected

It wasn't bad, but pretty outdated. The bathrooms are super small and so were the bedrooms. The beds are full sized, not queen. There was one king sized. We had a great time, though.

Family vacation

Great property for families! Kids loved the lagoon and spent hours kayaking and swimming. The pool closest to the house was closed due to a leaning tree, which was disappointing. The pool was reopened the day we checked out

Great place

We originally had planned to do a snorkeling or kayaking excursion but didn't need to, this place had it all. Kids were in the water all day. So many different types of wildlife to see. Great experience for grandma and all the kids.

Amazing location + property

Our family of 7 just finished a lovely + relaxing stay here. The unit was very clean + stocked with lots of towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. There was plenty of space for us all + while the bathrooms are on the smaller side, the beds were incredibly comfy. The unit was conveniently located next to the pool + lagoon, which my kids really loved. We really enjoyed snorkeling with all the fish + made some great memories swimming together. The golf cart made it easy for us to visit the docks + jetty at sunset to enjoy the most breathtaking views. This property was a little slice of Heaven + we can’t wait to go back!

Nice Pools & Lagoon, Close in Location to Everything

The owner was very responsive when messaged. The condo was close to restaurants and shops. My kids loved the lagoon area and spent much of their days snorkeling and looking at the various saltwater fish. The last night of our vaca, we cooked fresh caught fish on the grill on the point past the marina. Very pretty views from the point at the end of the condos & marina.

Long weekend stay with family for family wedding 5 minutes away.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The community has security and it a safe and friendly location. It was nice to have use of a golf cart, close to a lovely pool, and kayaks for the lagoon, if desired to use. We did have concern for my elderly parents as the stairs from their ground level floor room to the main living space were a bit tricky at the top. It was not flush to the floor, and the 2nd step down was more narrow than the rest. But, with extra care, it was manageable. The ground level and main floor bathrooms were much smaller than I expected from the photos online, but they each had a shower, toilet, and sink. It truly was only for one person at a time. The top floor bathroom was more like a typical size. We had plenty of towels, but only 4 washcloths for 8 people. We were so busy that by the time I asked the host and then checked again for her reply, it was too late to do anything about it. Minor issue, but I do feel that if we are paying quite a high price for 3 days, that it should be something we shouldn't have to ask for and should have been checked prior to our arrival. It would have been nice to have a box of kleenex available on the main floor, Balconies were lovely and there were enough supplies in the kitchen for meal prep and eating. Would those minor issues keep us from returning? No. We will cherish the memories made from our stay at the Kawama Yacht Club condo. Community. Also, it was only a 6 minute walk to visit the Dolphins!

Salt water lagoon

It was a great stay. Our 12 year old loved the lagoon better than anything. Fire by the ocean at sundown with family was fantastic. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Diane was very responsive to all our needs and questions.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our whole family stayed here as we had a wedding to attend at a nearby venue. There was lots of amenities to enjoy within the community was very welcoming. I wish we could have stayed so much longer. We did notice a screw loose on the back stair railing when we were getting out the Kayak. It would be helpful to disperse the towels in all the bedrooms as we didn’t find them until the last morning. It WAS nice to have all the beach towels. We were thankful for the pack and play but a baby gate would’ve been a plus! Thank you! I hope we get to come back as we would stay here again :)

Key Largo

Nice property with a couple of pools and a lagoon that you can swim in. Unit was clean and appeared to have some updated interior. Nice appliances. Golf cart use was included although we did not use it. Furnishings were comfortable. Washer/Dryer were stacked and needed to have a step ladder to see the dryer controls. Overall a nice place.
