This property is located perfectly for walking to local restaurants. The home is beautifully maintained. It sits right on the salt water lagoon and offers two kayaks for use throughout the stay. The host is very responsive when we had questions.

Nice property and complex.

Good security, fun golf cart to see everything in a few minutes, nice place to swim in the lagoon. Be sure to go out at night with flashlight to see the critters in the water. There are some huge spiny lobsters and lots of sergeant majors. We also had a huge iguana on our roof outside the main bedroom. Her/his name is lizzy. Overall, lots to do! Recommend highly.

Wonderful stay

Overall an excellent stay. Perfect weather, sunny and breezy. Love the proximity to the pool and lagoon. Beds were comfortable, ceiling fans throughout. Wish the back bedroom had more air flow, no windows and door didn’t open. Very friendly people staying there and many good eateries within 15 minutes. Golf cart came in handy, although a little rickety, worked great. All the comforts of home and well equipped. Just great! Don’t hesitate to book. We were two couples and there was plenty of room.

Beautiful but a little small

The property was lovely. It was a great location and the neighborhood had great amenities. My only issue was that while it slept 6, there wasn't 6 seats at the dining table nor 6 places to sit in the living room. I would expect all aspects of a property to fit the same number of people that can sleep there.

Wonderful stay

Such a nice property with great amenities! Property was newly updated and very clean and had everything we needed. Traveled with 2 kids and a grandparent and we were very comfy and had plenty to do during our stay! Loved all the fish in the lagoon and enjoyed the fire pits by the beach on the evening. Wonderful comfortable stay, highly recommend!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay. The spot is great - overlooking the lagoon was lovely at night sitting on the porch after getting kids to bed. Beds are comfortable and the place is very clean and seems recently updated. Lots of appliances (Keurig, toaster, washer/dryer, grill, etc) and pool noodles/kayaks were great. We love being able to use a golf cart at Kawama to get around, see the ocean, easily get to the larger pool, etc. This is the second year we've stayed at Kawama and hope to return every year!

Fun in the sun

Great location on the lagoon at Kawama. We enjoyed our stay, but unit needs a few issues addressed. Comfortable but squeaky beds; the lighting in the main living area could use a dimmer switch and you can’t turn on the ceiling fan without all the ceiling lights coming on. Loved the grill on the porch.

Largo Stay

We enjoyed our stay. This is a well kept gated community with a very clean and comfortable villa. The lagoon view, heated pool, kayaks and golf cart were a bonus which we really enjoyed. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank You Andy.
