This place was great! It was absolutely what we were looking for. Nice and clean with a beautiful view of the boat dock and the ocean. Andy was so quick to respond with some of our questions. Check in was a breeze and having a golf cart available for us to use was an added bonus. The pool was great and the grounds were super clean. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it did not disappoint! We enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Check-in was very simple. There was plenty of parking. The furnishings were great, the space was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids LOVED the tower pool and we really enjoyed the beach for walks in the morning. The resort was nice and quiet. The guards at the security gate were helpful. We had a blast!

Property was in a great location, and the amenities of the condo and property are great to have! Kayaks, standing paddle boards, pools, the lagoon, access to the ocean and jetty, all included. Host communication was excellent and he resolved anything that came up unexpectedly right away. We will be back I’m sure!

Our family enjoyed staying in Key Largo at this awesome condo location. It had so many options for things do close by as well as items needed to enjoy our vacation. We drove the golf cart, enjoyed grilling down by the water, fishing, kayaking, and swimming at the pool. The condo is close to restaurants and fishing charters. Communication was great, the condo is clean, and we are planning to return soon!

Everything you need; clean place to stay, great location, well equipped kitchen, all linens and towels, etc. Loved that this rental came with a golf cart and kayaks. If we ever make it back to Key Largo, FL from Pittsburgh, PA we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Andy and family!

Our stay was wonderful. Our host Andy was very communicative and hospitable. Our family has had a very difficult year and we just needed to get away for a few days and "recharge" and enjoy some "quiet" time. We could not have picked a better place to do it. This was a beautifully remodeled unit with a great view. My husband has mobility issues so having the golf cart to use was a huge plus. The kitchen had everything you could need. The private pool at the tower was just perfect. We headed out to the jetty to watch the sunset each night. The views from the balcony were spectacular. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Loved it.

The Kawama Community is very well located within yards of the canals and ocean. Just minutes from beach, pool,lagoon, and playground, as well as ten minutes form shopping. Unit has private parking and access to golf cart, kayak, and tennis courts. Very well kept and a terrific owner who answers your questions and concerns within minutes. We wanted a place to crash for a week in really warm weather and this unit was perfect. Plenty of space, kitchen amenities, great TVs, good beds and baths. Would recommend for a real Upper Keys experience.

From the moment we booked to our departure, this stay was everything and more. The owner was so incredibly easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions before arrival within minutes of me messaging. The pictures are 100% accurate. If anything, i would say the listing is even better in person. Impeccably clean. Every gadget in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee maker and regular coffee maker to have a great cup in the morning while overlooking the marina from the porch. The grounds are just as wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed taking the golf cart to the cabanas where we relaxed by the fire pits. The community is quiet and relaxing! We were close enough to go to Key West for the day, as well as other keys. Also a very easy commute to the race track in Homestead. Honestly I really cannot say enough good things about this listing.

The condo is perfect. Recently renovated, bright and airy with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a beautiful view of the marina. We enjoyed the community amenities too. The host is exceptionally kind and communicative. I cannot wait to return.

We had a great time! The air conditioner worked very well and the place did not smell stale at all. We’ve stayed in quite a few places in the keys and warm and/or stale is more common than you’d think. The place had everything and more, great view, kayaks, golf cart, 3 pools, lagoon, guard gate, kitchen gadgets, free ice, and plenty more. We hope to stay here again soon.
