Stayed for one night in the Mallory suite. Pluses were a nice hot shower, fresh ice water carafe available for each room, which were amazing!!!!! the pool was decent. It could’ve been warmer in the evening.Draw backs for us were the extremely flat pillows and very hard mattress. Not conducive to a great night sleep.Room and entire facility was extremely clean and well kept. They do not provide a continental breakfast, but there was oranges and fresh coffee available.We did request an early check-in, but they were unable to accommodate us. And they were knocking at our door at 11 AM to clean our room upon departure. Not a big deal just don’t expect to come early or leave late.Overall, a pleasant experience, but we will look for a different location next time due to the bed situation. Staff was very good at communicating check-in procedures and answering all of our questions and concerns via text message immediately. No staff on site but they are only a text away.
