Great location about 15 min. from duval. We ubered everywhere. No car needed. Balcony overlooking the airport. Great sunset views from our balcony too. We stayed 2 nights and would return. We don’t use the pool but it was clean! Only thought to offer is the king size bed is very high off the ground.

Customer service is the best! Rick & crew end every encounter with “let us know how we can help!” Communication & response was great! Condo is a bit dated, but in good condition & well-designed; has everything you need. Resort has pool & hot tub (unit came with beach towels). Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen is furnished with everything you need to cook & eat… no food except some coffee, full size appliances, had dishwashing stuff (including new full size washer/dryer). Bathrooms have toiletries & blow dryer. Had a mattress topper for the sofa bed! Balcony with table & chairs is nice for fresh air. Best thing for us was you could request rides during office hours… they even picked me up at the airport & took me to the grocery store to begin our stay! Enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately it was not as clean as expected.Very dirty carpets in bedrooms. Grimy doors and door jams. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine. Only 2 usable chairs on balcony. Bar stools need to be replaced.The location is great.

Our group of 4 adults stayed 2 nights. This condo was very clean.Do not expect any amenities. They provide a Kuerig coffee maker, but NO K-cups or coffee supplies. The listing says the kitchen is fully outfitted so you can cook, but they did not provide any cooking oils or spices. There were no extra towels or blankets. We stayed during the coldest few days in January. The decor is nice, but the place is a bit run down. It needs maintenance attention like paint touch ups and caulking and grouting.It was very bare bones. The Listing is misleading, making you think there are 3 "beds". They do list that the 3rd bed is a sofa bed, but in the photo it shows a regular bed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs repair or replacing. The head of the mechanism is broke and slopes down, creating a large lump in the bed when extended. The provided dishes are shabby and chipped. The silverware is missing forks and spoons. Overall, this place is just basic and nothing special. For the price I was expecting more.

Tv in master bedroom was old school non connectable like at a hotel but other than that, it was an amazing place with a wonderful air conditioner.

The stay was great We do suggest that the king bed be replaced and that bathroom the toilet runs a lot may need new hardware as well as the shower faucet is loose and displaced from the wall. Should upgrade the TVS to larger sizes and newer so all the apps are available in all the rooms. Most important the carpet in the living room is lifted on the corner going into the bedroom and very dangerous please look to have that fixed overall great stay and just a few things we noticed.

The property was well maintained and quiet even with the airport being close. We felt safe as well. The staff is incredible. They were all personable and attentive. We had 2 minor concerns while there. One being a bent patio chair and the other was the kurig coffee maker not working properly. Both issues were taken care of the second they became aware of them. Our shuttle rides were great. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't get any place better for the price.
