Very disappointed
The following is a text message I sent to Brightwild on 9/18; I've yet to receive a reply:
"When we checked in, we found that the toilet in the master bedroom was not working properly. The maintenance employee couldn't fix it so Danielle contacted us and offered to move us but we would have to be in two separate rooms rather than in the two bedroom suite and would be separated from our family. We opted to remain since we could use the other toilet and still be together. Unfortunately it didn't end there. We then discovered that the refrigerator was leaking since the freezer wasn't working properly and not producing ice.
Finally, we were in building 6 and the elevator wouldn't go up to our third floor. This was more than inconvenient since one of our party had extreme difficulty climbing stairs.
Having said all that, we'd like to know how Brightwild might compensate us for this unfortunate situation. Thank you"
Needless to say, we would not recommend anyone staying at this property.
