Great Views!

We booked this place to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday. It was wonderful. It was well equipped, had beautiful views and plenty of space for everyone. There was also a restaurant on the corner that had a guitar player that we enjoyed from our balcony! We also booked a fishing trip and the captain actually picked us up right on the dock below us!

Nice location and view!

Perfect spot for my wife and couples friends for a three day getaway. Sleeps 4 couples, plus easily. Loved hanging out on the porch, watching manatees and fish in the harbor. Just a short ride from everything!

Celebration of Life

The property was quite and had a lot to offer. We had a few internet problems but they were addressed quickly. Location is great. You have easy access to all parts of the island from here. The elevator was a problem at first, but they addressed it quickly and it worked for the remainder of the trip. The host was always available if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. My Sons caught several fish right off the docks below. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful stay in Key West!

We had a great stay at this 2 story condo in Key West! The layout was perfect for our group of 10 and the views were stunning. Parking was feee and there was a fun bar with live entertainment next door. The owner, Kim, was very responsive during our time there. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen plus we towels and typical hotel items like travel size soaps, shampoo and conditioners. Check in and out was easy. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Key West! Thanks Kim!

Great place. Definitely recommend

We really were leased with our stay. Place is awesome for large groups. Would definitely book again. Would have been nice for there to have been at least a little coffee in the unit to get us started but close to a grocery. There are a few maintenance needs(upstairs bath ceiling) but nothing of great note. Really well furnished for 8-10 folks.

Great Key West Vacation

Seven family members stayed here during our Key West vacation. The Condo had plenty of living space for all of us. When we entered we were met by a spotless condo with a beautiful view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the action. Kimberly was wonderful, answering all our questions and giving us all the instructions we needed. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again if we had another trip to Key West.

Overall the space was very nice. I think the complex could use some upgrading. When we pulled in, the garage location where our Uber dropped us was messy, looked like it was full of garbage, etc. However, our condo was very nice. We wanted to note that one of the upper bedrooms had a urine smell in the bathroom. My brother, a contractor, who was with us, wanted me to mention it, as he believes it is just the toilet ring that needs to be replaced. Sofa and cloth on dining chairs could also use a cleaning. Again, overall, it was very nice and we had a great time being together!

Property was under construction no notification or compensation from management

Very disappointing! We were not warned that there was a crew working on the roof during our stay. We were welcomed to the unit with caution tape, a lift & scaffolding in the parking lot. We could not carry on a conversation when in the unit due to loud pounding. The popcorn ceiling dropped into onto our clothing & on the bedding. The worst part was the shock of stepping into the shower only to see the roofers working so they could see right into the bathroom & shower! We found the management absolutely unresponsive to our legitimate concerns & they completely refused to discuss a resolution. They were very happy to accept our full payment for the VRBO even though they did not hold up to their promises of a safe, secure & enjoyable stay! They now refuse to answer our emails. Terrible!!!!
