Family Reunion

Wonderful stay. Well equipped home for family dinners and game nights. Good central location to Keystone village and festival and town if Dillon restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. Ample towels and great bed linens.

Mountain House Ski Vacation

Great townhome property. Super amenities especially the in-unit hot tub/sauna and the gourmet kitchen. Terrific location. Management company was excellent. Only negative is that there is no shuttle or bus service to the slopes that are nearby but too far to walk.

Keystone Getaway

Beautiful townhouse in a great location. Plenty of amenities and comfortable furnishings. All in all it was a great stay the only complaint we had was the high windows in the master bedroom let bright sunlight in the room once the sun comes up which makes sleeping in very difficult. We would definitely stay again despite the lack of window coverings on those windows

The unit was beautiful, everything we wanted for a Christmas morning in close proximity to the mountains. There are several concerns and comments. 1. The hot tub room was unusable, the chlorine smell was overwhelming and filled the entire house when we tried to use it. Several occupants began coughing from the smell. 2. The lift/bump in the floor by the bar was a tripping hazard3. Articles of clothing left in the washer/dryer when we arrived. 4. Unit needs trashbags, only one found.

Just Okay

The kitchen was well stocked. Had to walk 1.2 miles each way to the Gondola because the bus route was too far away. Crossing the highway on foot was terrible. The townhome needs a deep, deep cleaning. Spots on the carpet, dirty throw rugs, slimy hot tub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent spring break 2024 at the enclave #8. The convenience to the mountain, views off the deck while grilling our steaks. Plenty of room we’re able to host a family for dinner. It was also in Keystone. Our kids love the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It was so nice having that right inside the home. Being able to park in the garage was a big bonus. The Sonos surroundsound was a very nice touch. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The dry sauna did not work at all. Hot tub maintenance guy game in the door without knocking. Garage was never swept.

We knew from the pictures the condo was exceptional and it truly was. Everything was first quality from the bed linens to oversized bath towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (except for groceries!). The gas range is first class. We loved the heated floors, wood burning fire place and the convenience of the garage. Most of all, we all took advantage of the private hot tub and sauna area. Great way to relax after a full day on the slopes. I have to say, the resort management staff welcomed us, stayed in constant contact and responded to our every need and request to make sure our stay in Enclave #28 was the best it could be.

We were so impressed with the amenities! This was the first time we have brought the whole family. There was plenty of space for everyone e. We loved the kitchen and modern bathrooms- coffee & nespresso machine! Everything is very tech forward (yay sonos!)and for the most part user friendly. The kids loved the television selections and the view was perfect! The kids enjoyed playing in the snow right outside our door! It was super close to the mountain for easy pick up and drop off! We also loved that we didn’t have to leave the house to take a dip in the hot tub! We hope to book here again in the future, we loved it that much!
