Este condominio de 534 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y tiene un balcón privado con hermosas vistas y una cama king. Nuevos pisos y pintura durante el otoño de 2018. Está idealmente ubicado en River Run Village, por lo que está a solo unos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y festividades. Además, estás a pocos pasos de la góndola de alta velocidad.

La entrada tiene ganchos montados y un banco para su conveniencia mientras entra y sale durante todo el día. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, junto a una hermosa chimenea de gas y un sofá cama doble. Sábanas y mantas adicionales están en un armario. Se puede acceder al amplio balcón privado a través de la sala de estar y ofrece vistas panorámicas.

Excellent location and reasonable price

The condo was very convenient to the lift and River Run shops. Well appointed condo. If there was any recommendation be to remove so.e of the excess pillows and bedding being stored in the closet and wardrobe. Still a great stay.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect and we could walk to everything. The amenities were well taken care of and we enjoyed them quite a bit. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and has easy accessibility to the River Run gondola. The condo was very nice, other than one of the patio door blinds being broken and unable to raise. The bed is stiff as a board too so be prepared. Also highly recommend Norski Sport Rentals situated just across the street at the end of the building - They were the closest, cheapest, and most accommodating with my recent rental.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this place! It’s small but you’re right in the heart of Keystone. Unfortunately, you have to go to the rental office to get your keycard, then go to condo which wasn’t ideal after a day of skiing. Then the furniture is very dated and uncomfortable and smelled. They do not leave hot tub/pool towels either.

Good for the price

The place was perfect for the two of us! Any more people and it definitely would’ve been cramped. The condo had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for snowboarding. We went to Breck one day and it was only a 20 min drive. The water pressure in the shower was so nice. Then bed was a little creeky. The kitchen was stocked with good appliances, dish ware, and silverware. I do have to say the walls are thin in the complex, so if little noises keep you up at night, I would choose somewhere else. I’m from the city so it didn’t bother me. All in all, if you’re just looking for a basic place to rest your head after a long day of skiing or snowboarding, this place is perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a pretty awesome location, but the unit itself was horrifically dirty. There was a brown stain on the comforter, hair in the shower, hair in the towels, old trash in the cans and on the floor, some kind of stain running down the wall in the bathroom, one of the remote controls is completely broken with rattling pieces inside, and another controller had to be programmed to the television just to get it to work. That's a lot of money to be spending for a unit in that condition.

Not what we expected

Unit was cluttered and not comfortable. Bedroom not as big as advertised. Two chairs that did not fit in bedroom and a humidifier made if uncomfortable and impossible to use cabinet or closet It should be noted that deck is not usable in winter months as there is no snow removal, only communication for 4 days was email as they did not answer or return phone calls. No place to hang clothes as closet was full of junk. Unit did not feel really clean. Had a towel exchange and dirty towels were left in hallway for 3 days. Kitchen utensils worn and hard to clean. Hot tub was nice and location was good but we would not stay in this unit again.

5 stars for value, not so much for anything else

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you literally plan to sleep here and do nothing else inside the unit it's fine, otherwise maybe consider looking elsewhere.The unit was clean but the small size + odd layout + way too much furniture that was way too big meant there was almost no usable space. The mattress in the bedroom was seemed like the cheapest mattress money could buy.The building it's in is large, and older. This shows, but the bigger issue is when it's crowded the pool/hot tub facilities are simply inadequate. The major redeeming quality to this place is the value. At just over $200/night (including taxes and fees) for a two night mid-week stay in ski season with an indoor parking spot on the outskirts of the keystone village. The value is there. I'd consider staying here again in the future at that price, but only if the primary thing I'm looking for is a parking spot and a bed in the keystone village, and in that case, I would only consider this place for 1 or 2 nights max

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The price of rental was excessive, we assumed that was because of location, but also expect comfortable accommodations. Ive slept in some rough places, but that bed was by far one of the worst. Not only was it about as soft as plywood, if anyone in the bed so much as coughed the whole bed bounced. I moved to the couch to try there but its hard and worn out to the point you roll off of it. The balcony had 3'of snow on it so was completely unusable. There was no air circulation other than a monstrosity of a humidifier, that on its lowest setting felt like a tornado. However I did find 3 box fans in the closet, all 3 of which are broken. I would never recommend anyone stay or stay here myself again.

Great location, most uncomfortable bed ever

The location can't be beat. The separate packet pick up at an entirely different location w/o more flexible before and after hrs is a pain, but manageable if you have your own vehicle. The room was still semi dirty when I arrived. The counters were sticky, crumbs and dried pasta on the floor and the prior guests dishes were still in the dishwasher. There's also a very strong anf persistent curry aroma to the unit that doesnt fade even w an opened window. They provide room heaters, extra bedding and an air humidifier which is nice. However the bed is another story. It's completely worn out - springs and uneven sagging. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I couldn't handle the bed after full days on the slopes. I also found it strange that they ask the guests to remove all the trash upon departure. Where are guests supposed to take it? There were no visible bins/dumpsters on-site or additional info. Also for the cleaning fees they tack on I except trash removal to be included. Place overall is nice for the price and comfortable enough. If you're a ski first traveler the location is really great.
