Great location for hitting the slopes. Others have mentioned the condo is dated, but it has what you need. The owner may want to change cleaning staff, because there were dust bunnies under the couch, so someone with more attention to detail in that area would be better. (My only reason for 4 stars) The hot tub was ice cold the first day, but i reached out to the customer service number and when we returned the next day it was perfect, and the facility with the pool was really nice. And a bonus was that they had towels in the clubhouse! Checking in with the keys and lock box were easy. Overall our family would stay again.

Great location. Host gave great and easy to understand instructions. Only complaints I have is the fact the place is pretty dated, unable to use bedroom windows due to faulty equipment, the bed was very firm, great for those that like firm beds, and there was what appeared to be a lot of black mold in the bathroom around the shower. These have seemed to be mentioned quite a few times before looking through the guest registry book.

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was black mold in the shower. We weren’t left a keycard to get into the clubhouse so did not have access to the pool, hot tub or laundry the whole week. I reached out to management 3 days in a row. Got the runaround every time. Finally they said they put in a request for local support. Never heard a word from anyone. It was very obvious they knew nothing about the property or how to access the clubhouse.

This property was perfectly located for where we wanted to be with our dog. I was disappointed in the cleanliness, however, as there was trash in the drawers and shoved under the vanity. I had to call and get new bedding (not linens) as there was dog hair all over it and it was stained. The tub/shower had what looked like mold in the grout. The windows in the only bedroom weren't functioning, which was disappointing as one thing I love is clean, fresh mountain air. Overall, though, it was comfortable, in a great location, and we were allowed to bring our furry family member.

Clean & roomy Condo

Very clean & roomy in a great location. Had a little trouble with the keypad and lockbox, the instructions were on an email, I was looking at text messages and the app. The host said he would update instructions on text messages instructions.

Overall liked location and layout. Property needs some updating for sure. Advertised for 5 people and the foldout couch is probably 30 years old with a thin mattress and not sleepable. The king bed was made but the only other linen provided was a top sheet and stained blanket that was falling apart. When called for assistance they were quick to respond but otherwise useless. Checking in instructions not clear. A key and key card were needed and called for assist and they were also unable to help. Only one slot of toaster worked. Caulking in shower falling off. Run down.

Family ski trip

Excellent stay! Second time we’ve stayed in Quicksilver 1654. Very clean and easy access to walking trail for our pup! Will absolutely stay again. A little dated furniture, but zero complaints about this condo!!!

Peaceful fall getaway

Wonderful time of year (October) for a picturesque and quiet visit to Keystone! This unit was spacious, clean, and situated in a pleasant courtyard well separated from the highway 6 noise. Would happily stay again. Disappointed that the fireplace was not working (for 6 months, according to the message we received the day before check-in). Also BYO ice as the fridge icemaker is not connected and the plastic trays were both cracked and leaking. Neither a dealbreaker though.

Comfortable, clean, dog friendly

Conveniently located near Dillon Reservoir offering many hiking trails with spectacular views!. Nice peaceful patio to relax in the evening.. Worth returning!

Trip to the mountains

Pros-room was very spacious, nice view. Cons-needs extreme updating. Window in bedroom was broken and could not close. Did not feel comfortable leaving belongings in first floor room when leaving. Kitchen lights had no covers.

Good and Bad

First the good. Pet friendly condos are very hard to find in this area so this was a big plus. Nice area to walk dogs in as well. Good location, not right on the slopes but close. The unit is very large for a one bedroom. Now for the bad. Needs a lot of general maintenance and attention. Very dated and furniture is super old and uncomfortable. We could never get fireplace to work. There was no rental handbook with information. Bedding was awful I’ve never seen such flat, dirty pillows, bring your own!

Great spot for dogs and kids

We loved the condo and it is very spacious and comfortable. The ability to bring our dog here was wonderful. The unit is ground floor and has a nice spacious enclosed patio. Right outside the unit is a path to the dog play area which was covered in snow while we were there. Our doodle loved to romp and play there. Just across the yard from our building is the indoor swimming pool. The pool was warm and the kids loved it. Unfortunately while we were here the hot tub was closed for repair. The condo was clean and well stocked with two tvs and many books and games. Parking is close and was not crowded while we were there. There is a small store at the entrance to the complex that has alcohol, gas and a wide selection of groceries and convenience foods.

Perfect setting with pets

All was great. One bedroom and easy access to outside for our pup. Condo was clean and easy access to shuttle for skiing. Other reviews note dated furniture. Yes. But we were there to ski and sleep. Full kitchen and plenty room to move around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again.
