  • A near one of a kind condo with three bedrooms, spread over 1,345 square feet, on the third floor of The Springs just steps from the gondola in River Run Village. The panoramic corner view showcases Keystone and the Gondola at River Run. The condo boasts numerous upgrades, including designer furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass inclosed walk-in showers and an in-unit washer and dryer.

    Beyond the three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms, and one that features 2 fun and sturdy bunk beds for kids or adults. You will find a spacious open living room/kitchen/dining layout with seating for 9 people.

    Start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the two private balconies or simply relax and take in the breathtaking view of Colorado’s premier ski resort. And did I mention that it comes with its own in-unit washer and dryer!

    During your stay at The Springs, you’ll have access to all the best amenities in Keystone. Enjoy the incredible year-round heated pool, hot tubs, a top-rated fitness room, steam room, theater room and a heated multi-level garage with EV charging.

The stay was nice as were the amenities with the exception of extremely cheap paper products provided in the unit and the need for some repairs. Other than that it was great. The unit was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Festival Weekend

Our trip was great! The location is amazing, the condo is clean and well equipped, and the kids loved the bunk room! Great for 2 families; 2 king suites with attached bathrooms plus a great common space! Would love to stay here again.

Great location!

Easy walk to the gondola and plenty of comfortable beds for our party of six. I think this was the easiest check in and out of any property ever and that was greatly appreciated!

Comfy and cozy

Large beds, great use of spaces, amenities at the facility are more for younger kids, but we didn't need. Washer and dryer were a plus. Plenty of kitchen essentials for eight people. Oliver is a great communicator, and host.

Great location with lots of room

This condo was in a great location and was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was clean and well maintained. Hot tubs and pool were fantastic. Some previous reviews mentioned the construction. It was still going on but in no way was disruptive to our enjoyment of the condo. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great ski in ski out location

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. Plenty of space, beds for everyone, heated garage and excellent proximity to the slopes. Can’t ask for much more.

Grandsons 15th Birthday!

Really enjoyed having 2 Masters for 2 families. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great showers! Snowboarders had easy access to the gondola! Loved it!

Keystone vacation

We had an amazing stay at the Springs on our annual trip to Keystone. The condo was clean and very large. We swam and biked everyday then had s'mores at night. We're already planning our next trip!

Great location in Keystone

The condo is super close to the gondola. Even with construction, it is a quick walk to the village. The condo has ample room for a larger group.

Great place to stay at Keystone!

Or stay at this property went exactly as planned, and offered a bit more than expected for the family. Despite the construction you still get a good view of the mountain and it is a 5 min walk to the gondola! Highly recommended!!

Great condo

Beautiful place with great views. Construction is currently underway for additional resort buildings between The Springs and the Gondola, so walking around the site was the only unexpected challenge. Very accurate listing. Would recommend for a great vacation. Building has great amenities, also. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room.

The unit was well appointed and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. Some reviews complained about the construction next door. This was a non issue for our group.
