  • Located in The Pines community, this 2BR/2BA (plus loft) condo is the perfect basecamp for year-round fun! The spacious, two-story layout includes a wood-burning fireplace, stylish rustic-chic decor, and a modern kitchen, as well as a convenient ski locker.

    Community amenities include a heated indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, and sauna. Enjoy a superb locale right on the Keystone shuttle route. Drive two miles to the Peru Lift at Keystone Resort.

    LIVING AREA

    A wood-burning fireplace with stone surround creates a relaxing lodge-like ambience in the living area. Kick back on the plush sofa and stream favorite Netflix shows on the smart TV.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    Granite countertops shine in the well-equipped kitchen. A wine fridge is included among the full suite of stainless steel appliances. Perch at the bar for three as dinner simmers.

    The table in the dining area seats six.

    BED & BATH

    This two-story condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and the loft area.

    You'll find a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV in the primary suite. The desk creates a convenient home workspace. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower.

    The second bedroom holds two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. A private vanity with a sink provides added convenience. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

    Open to the living area below, the loft is furnished with a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle and a desk.

    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

    The private balcony has lovely mountain views.
    Community amenities include:
    -Indoor pool (heated and open year-round)

    Complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a ski locker are provided.

    Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot. Street parking is not permitted.

    The condo is located on the second floor; an elevator is not available. This unit does not have air-conditioning.

    THE LOCATION

    Hop aboard the complimentary Keystone ski shuttle for convenient access to mountain adventure. Drive two miles to the Peru Lift at Keystone Resort for access to the world-class terrain. The main mountain base is a 7-minute drive from your rental. Travel 5 minutes to the Keystone Lake Ice Rink.

    During warmer months, hike the Keystone Gulch Trailhead, a 5-minute drive. Golfers will appreciate being just a 10-minute drive from the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Drive 11 minutes to Marina Park for a day of fun on the reservoir.

Mountain Cozy & Very Clean!

This our our second stay here at This Mountain Townhome and we absolutely LOVE It! It’s very clean, quaint and cozy with ALL of the amenities you will need during your stay! Beds are very comfortable, Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of spacious room, stunning and cozy fireplace, an incredible view & deck with hiking all around! Highly recommend this property to anyone searching for a place to stay in the area!

Dads and Kids Trip

Nice size place for 6 people without having to use the pullout couch. Place was clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative relates to the pool house in that you have to search for the key outside another builder which isn’t easy when it’s dark outside and the obscurity of the location. Plus the pool house no longer gives out towels so you have use your limited towels from the unit. Not great situation in the winter. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

Very nice!!

This is a great condo unit- very comfortable, more than adequate size (didn't feel at all cramped for 5 people), quality amenities and the location is quite convenient (short car ride or shuttle ride) for the activities in the area. Unit was nice and clean, kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels and linens, soaps, etc. Master suite is very comfortable. The only thing renter should be aware of is that the loft is very much open (pictures don't show this enough) and you walk through it to reach the second bedroom. Not private, but this was literally the only downside to this unit. Overall it's an excellent choice.

Perfect for us!

The location is fantastic! Just steps from the free shuttle to Keystone Mountain made it the perfect spot for our week’s stay. All the amenities of home plus a fantastic view! The beds were so comfy and the living spaces were just what we needed for our group of 5. It is very welcoming and felt like home! I highly recommend this unit!

Nice little getaway for a weekend

Nice little place. We had five people, and there was plenty of sleeping space. Overall, our experience was good. We were a bit annoyed that only one car could be parked at the condominium complex. We had two cars because my oldest son met us up here. We tried to contact the property manager to get a second permit at $50 extra, but were ultimately told we had to park the second car at a nearby convention center parking lot. Other than that, our stay was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as described. Clean, easy to find, great location. More than enough room for our family of five to have our own space. Would stay here again.

Keystone Townhouse - Gateway to Summit County

This was a great place for our family to explore all that Summit County has to offer. Only four miles from Dillon and Dillon Lake we had access to groceries, dining, and other activities in just minutes. The hiking/biking trail that runs from Keystone Resort to Vail was only down the hill from where we were staying and gave us great nightly walks near the Snake River. We saw Mountain Goats up at A-Basin, biked down from Vail Pass to Frisco, and hiked around the very scenic Dillon Pennisula. Main Street Frisco has great places to eat and in 20 minutes you can be in Breckenridge to enjoy all that is has to offer.
