We were in Love

We came up for my husbands birthday and we absolutely fell in love with the property. It was very clean and beautiful and had gorgeous views of the mountains. We would definitely stay there again

Cozy, clean, great shuttle access

Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, clean, good ski lockers, shuttle is just outside the door, nice place!

Great condo

We loved the Clearwater Lofts, new fixtures and well stocked with necessary items. The check in and out was quick and efficient. It is close to shuttle service and walking path. We highly recommend this complex.

Stunning View and Easy Slope Access

These new condos were designed very well! All the new style bedrooms and bathrooms were great for everyone to have their own space. The views of the mountains were lovely and it was a quick 5 minute ride to the slopes via the bus route. The ski lockers made it easy to store everything outside the condo and all rooms had plenty of blankets for staying warm.This is a prime location to walk to the pond nearby and also a good location for going into the village. It was very quiet as well. We loved it and will definitely book again.

Exceeded expectations

Condo is very well furnished and has very nice amenities. Condo was clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only negative was the place was not ready for us by our check-in time, and we were not notified until 45min prior that we would have to wait 2&1/2 hrs to check-in.

I couldn’t believe we got this condo for the price we did. Everything is so clean and new. It’s beautiful. It’s a short drive to the gondola parking lot and a decent (10 min walk) to the Peru lift. Our group of 7 really enjoyed everything about this condo.

Clean, Modern, Convenient

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities of the property. Everything looked brand new and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Great view from our balcony. The guidebook sent helped with check-in process and other recommendations nearby. Very close to trails and within walking distance to Keystone Lake which had some shopping, food, and fun activities for the whole family. Overall, were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this rental to others.

Keystone review

It was a bit pricey and would’ve been nice if there were some olive oil or cooking spray. The place had just the “basics” and would not refill shampoo/conditioner (we stayed for 5 days & there were 8 of us). Otherwise, great location, roomy, and the shuttle was conveniently right outside.

The ski shuttle stops across the street and the location makes you feel somewhat secluded. We had a slight hiccup with the dishwasher but maintenance came to fix it within a few hours (very happy with the prompt service). If I visit Keystone again, I will definitely try to book this condo!

Great New Years Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and interior were even better than the pictures. The condo was a 10 min walk or short bus ride to the lift. It's convenient if you have kids because the closest lift is right next to the ski school and beginner lift/magic carpet. The pictures don't show it but there is a large TV in the living area above the fireplace perfect for watching some late season football! The ski locker was on the same floor as the condo and was perfect for getting rid of all the ski stuff without getting the room wet with snow. Overall we had a great stay, the condo was extremely clean, and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

The unit was so hot and we had trouble breathing at night.

The property was clean and nice but all of our experience was ruined because of the AC. There was no option to cool the unit, The temperatures were default to 78-80F in every room. We couldnt get in touch with the property manager since it was like 10PM in the night. we were a group of five and none of us could sleep at night, had breathing problem and left the unit exhausted to the core. Very disappointed because of the money we paid.

Great property with a great location steps from Keystone Lake

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our 5 nights stay in this property. the unit was super clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I am in the area and I would recommend this unit to friends and family.However, if I was the owner, I would look into replacing the property management company. Check in was a nightmare, after a long driving day, we arrived at the location where we were supposed to pick up our envelope package that has keys, address and check in information. but there was no envelope with my name on it. I used all the ways of communication I had at my disposal to no avail, calling them was useless, the line was busy with no option to leave a message, I messaged them on vrbo, sent a text message to the automated chat line, replied to the email address that confirmed our stay. We arrived around 6pm, so I understand it was after business hours, but that doesn't help a family with children from out of state who have no where to stay for the night! I received replies from vrbo and email the next day. after what seemed to be the longest 60min of my life, finally I got through the busy phone line and the person who was very kind, apologized and meet me at the lobby with room keys with no explanation why my check in package was missing.The unit was delightful and we immediately forgot about that disturbance. the next day while cooking eggs for breakfast, we couldn't use the non-stick frying pans because they were starched up and all rusty. I messaged the chat line to let them know that we couldn't use the pans due to health hazard. I got a insensitive "Thanks for letting us know." message. Obviously that incident didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay, but this is a prime example of a great property in a great location being managed being poorly managed.
