My family and I decided to go up for the holidays over Christmas Eve and Christmas. We brought food with us knowing that everything would be closed. We brought meals to grill. When I made the reservation, I looked at their description and it said they had a grill. I also noticed the grill was in one of their pictures. When we got there, there was no Grill when I contacted the property about it they said they had to remove it for insurance and they were sorry for not updating their website. Since everything was closed, we had no options other than eat the junk food and snacks. When I got home and contacted the property management asking for some kind of compensation for this they said they were sorry but due to their rental agreement I signed, they were unable to help me. I wasn’t expecting a full refund but a little bit more compensation would’ve been nice considering it wasn’t my fault that they misrepresented their. The unit itself had a strange odor to it, the guest bed in the bottom bedroom was unmade. The sink in the master bedroom did not drain. I would not recommend staying here just purely based on the poor customer service and management company.
