Overall place was in good condition. Comfortable beds and close to the ski lift. We were informed the dishwasher wouldn’t be working when we arrived, but to out surprise they installed a brand new one upon arrival. I would book this place again if I was going to Keystone to ski.

We had a lovely stay in Timbers 3075. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. The lifts and gondola were ski in / ski out, as advertised. Thanks for hosting us! We look forward to returning again soon.

The Condo was clean organized we have never rented a place that has had more of what you needed in a kitchen to cook and store food. You need it they have it. Loved sitting on deck with the views.

The condo is beautiful, with its big bank of windows and gorgeous views of the river, the pine forest and the mountains. It's only a short walk to River Run for dining and shopping, and is the best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. We didn't lack for a thing. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

LACK OF DISCLOSURE Great location. That about sums up the stay. One of the main reasons I booked our stay here was the hot tub and pool facilities. Upon arrival we went to go for a dip, and it was closed. This was never mentioned in the listing, or upon check in. Called the management company and was directed to send an email, but was told I could use another facility a 20 min walk away. I sent the email and it was received by the same person I spoke to on the phone. Sadly we never used the hot tub, and the managements only accommodation was to use another lodges facilities. The common area looks nice, but the cabinets are missing doors and are in disarray. Went to get coffee one morning but no cups were available. After reading more reviews after our unfortunate stay, it appears that the issues we faced are a common occurrence with this specific condo. If you’re looking at the Timbers, do your due diligence.
