Beautiful place terrible property management company
The property is beautiful and new. Unfortunately it was not advertised correctly. When we arrived we came in to no hot water, no air conditioning (it was very warm) and parts for the dishwasher just left in it. When we called to get help they sent a tech which took most of our first day. We missed all our reservations waiting to get hot water so people could get ready for the day. We found the air conditioning was never installed and the hot water boiler was out and the dishwasher was never properly installed. When I asked them why this happened the guest services manager at Summit Property Management told me that in the rental agreement we sign not all systems have to work! He also told me that he wasn’t going to be able to offer us any concessions except what’s in the rental agreement which is a pittance compared to what we paid and lost. I refused to sign their document because it says you can’t leave a bad review. The bad review is worth much more so help protect others from this happening to them. This morning as we are leaving HVAC techs showed up to install the AC. All be darned! We also ran into the owner of the units next door and he said he would call the owner of the unit to let them know how the property management company was treating us. Beware and stay away of any properties managed by Summit Property Management. We were really mistreated and hope this never happens to anyone else. The Colorado attorney general is aware of this.
