What a quaint slice of heaven on the lake with the mountains in the background and views of Keystone Mountain. Driving to the ski resort was easy. The town of Dillon is just 15 minutes away. The place was pleasant all around, offering everything we needed.

Several problems during atay

I texted more than 24 hours in advance (per the management policy) to see if we could get an early check in for $15/hour. No response. I texted back when our flight landed to Inquire again. We did get a response at that point, but it was irritating to not know if we could check in early until the 11th hour. Especially with 2 little kids. The instructions to use the garage were incorrect. After trying for a while, I figured out how to open it thru VRBO reviews. Only to find out our small car wouldn't fit. The TV in the living area wouldn’t work. My kids get up around 6 am, and I planned to let them watch TV to buy me time to sleep in a bit. Since that wasn’t an option, we were all up bright and early. I texted management the first morning to let them know. Somebody finally came out to fix it around 4:30 pm the following day. So obviously, no sleeping in that day either. The condo was extremely hot. 81 degrees, to be exact. We turned the heat off, tried turning on the air, and eventually left the door to the patio open in attempts to cool things down. Still stayed in the 80s. Management’s response was to crack a window. Didn’t work. Couldn’t sit on the balcony to cool down since both chairs were broken. The bunk beds are horrible for kids. The railing isn’t attached. It comes out and is a terrible pinch/fall hazard. The hair dryer worked for 1 minute at a time and would shut off for a good 10 minutes. I told management. No response. Wet hair in CO is far from ideal.

Would stay here again but some issues

The location was great, and the condo was great as well. The neighborhood was incredibly safe and the view was spectacular. However, we experienced some issues. First off, the garage wouldn’t open and the property manager wasn’t any help getting it open. As a result, we had to keep our new car outside for our entire stay. The stove only had one working burner so not the end of the world but it was a little inconvenient. Also, there were so many unlabeled key cards that it was confusing which ones go to what. Overall, it was a great place. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again.

Everything was amazing. The condo is absolutely beautiful with amazing decor and is extremely clean. We had to run out for shampoo and conditioner at 9:30 at night because we couldn’t find any in the unit, but that was our only complaint. Only one towel was readily available, we had to call the property management company to see if they were other towels because our party of three people was sharing one the first night. We did find more towels after digging around. We should’ve packed our own shampoo so that isn’t a complaint on the property. Everything else was outstanding, just be sure to pack everything you’ll need. It was great overall. Thanks!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This condo was perfectly situated in the Keystone Lake area; right on the Silver line to Mt. House Lifts (less busy than Riverun, which is a perfect place to start your ski day) and with a picture perfect view of Keystone Lake. The condo had everything we needed for our little vacation, from cooking to indoor parking and ski locker. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Another Year, Pleased Again

This was our fourth year staying at this property and, as always, it was an excellent stay. Actually, this year was probably the best as checkin went very smoothly and they’ve added some amenities that made it even better. The bedding was updated to fresh white bedding, which we appreciate, there was an electric furnace, lots of extra blankets and pillows, many games in the unit, and a crockpot. It looked and felt quite clean upon arrival. Another great year!

Mountain getaway

Condo was just as describe. Perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and well maintained. Garage space is not big enough for anything larger that midsize SUV. For off season, out of the busier areas like Breckinridge, but still close enough to everything to do in the area. We enjoyed the peacefulness.

This property was exactly as pictured! The views are spectacular, it’s a short drive to bigger towns like Breckinridge. It is everything you need and then some. We loved walking our son around the lake at night and feeding the ducks and trout! Do not pass this property up!

Absolutely Amazing

My God, I don’t know where to start. This trip was intended to relieve the stress of this year, and rejuvenate us……it did just that and so much more. We caught the mountains just before the snow started to melt so the first day it was Snow White and gorgeous, the second day the snow had melted so the trees were visible but the third day the snow had came back in. We loved every minute, the unit had the perfect cabin/condo feel. The ski resort was literally down the street. We drove to Denver for all our other extracurriculars . I really hope this unit is available for our next family trip, I’m excited to bring our kids next time 🥰. I would love to see if I can do multiple units for my entire family.

Comfortable unit close to keystone lodge

This is an excellent place to stay for anyone planning a trip to keystone resort for skiing. Parking garage is a big plus and makes access to other summit mountains easy by car.
