The host was very helpful anytime I had a question. This location is just a short walk from the gondola. The kitchen was well equipped. We would love to stay here again!

This unit needs attention from the management company

Pros: Location was great and management company was responsive. We had plenty of space for my family of 3. Needs Attention: within the first 10 min of arriving, I fixed a lower cabinet door that was hanging on by one hinge. It couldn’t just be ignored bc accessing the trash can meant that the door would nearly fall off. There was not enough hot water in the secondary shower. We all needed to use the primary shower. Weather stripping was hanging off the front door. If you are interested in watching sports, bring an alternative to Roku. There were just too many minor inconveniences to make this trip a “getaway”.

Great condo for family if 6

Overall the condo was fantastic. It is as described. The location is a 4 minute walk to the gondola and restaurants are even closer. The condo is outfitted with everything you need to cook at home. We did encounter some maintenance issues that were never addressed. The dishwasher was broken and the tvs were difficult to understand and/or broken. We had other issues but quit calling as they responded by phone but never came out to fix anything over our 4 day stay. Overall, this is a great condo with a lot of amenities in the perfect location.

Perfect boarding trip

The property was exactly as described and the manager was very communicative and helpful. It’s a short walk to the slopes and had plenty of entertainment within walking distance. TV has Netflix and cable for winding down after a fun day. Zero complaints.

Just OK

The condo is in need of updating. Especially couch, dining room, chairs, and mattresses. The master bed is very uncomfortable and needs replacing. The bathroom rugs need deep cleaning, or replacement. The upholstery is worn from wear and tear.

Great Location

The positives about this condo is the location, pool, hot tub and bedroom with the bunk beds and queen bed because you are able to accommodate more guests. The things that could have been better were the sauna in the building wasn’t working, there really needs to be a rug in the entrance of the condo and the condo really needs to be deep cleaned.

Great Location/Run Down Condo

The location to the lifts was great. Made it very easy to come and go as you wanted. The condo was very ran down. There were boards coming up, carpet is coming up, it smelled, much smaller than it looks in the picture. Cleaning crew was still there when we checked in which was after 430pm, and they did not clean. Towels were dirty, floor was dirty, couch looked like someone had slept on it, and it smelled. I sprayed stuff so that it would smell better. I will not stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Great location to get to the lift by walking (2-5min). Check in and check out was easy. Super quick response to my questions. Great indoor heated parking. Our family had a great time!

Great, but…

The location couldn’t be better, but the rental could be cleaner, and the fireplace was inoperative the entire time. Maintenance came to check on it and said that it had been out of service for quite a while. For this price, I think that should be stated ahead of time. I was told I could receive a $66 refund for this issue, if I fill out online paperwork, lol. Still waiting for it…

Nice location near plaza

Everything was fine. Clean and comfortable. Since kids didn't want to share beds, we appreciated the extra set of sheets in closet so one kid could sleep on couch.

Great Location

The property was nice, beds were comfortable. TV’s and Fireplace were a complete mystery and didn’t look like anything in the app the management company provided. They said twice they would send someone over but never did. Elevator on the property is broken most of the time which is fine going down but sucks going up 4 flights after skiing all day. We met other owners and they said it’s been a problem for a while and they are trying to address. Overall it was enjoyable and not having Tv forced us to enjoy each other’s company (gasp!) so all in all I was happy.

Cozy

Super cozy, perfectly located on the resort. There is only one dresser between the two bedrooms so clothing storage is limited but plenty of hooks for ski clothing. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Dakota lodge 3519

Have been coming to keystone and staying in village for 15+ years. A few negatives: the bunk bed sheets were not changed prior to our visit so when bedspread pulled back there was hair. Very displeasing. The chairs around table has legs that need to be tightened. Very loose. The only community Washer on 4th floor did not work and only 1 washer and dryer on the 2nd floor community worked. The other pair had technical issues. really need more silverware (esp forks) 6 forks..no one wants to wash silverware after each meal. Need at least 10-12 forks. Positives: location, condo set up, nice size bedrooms and bath. We had 6 adults and the size worked well. Would stay again at this condo. But would be hopeful that it would be cleaner as far as bedrooms are concerned

Convenient and cozy

The proximity to a River Run Village is great. You are able to easily walk to restaurants and shops as well as the lift and gondola.
