Our room was very clean, we had everything thing we needed there. Pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, kettle, fire place, hangers, blankets and pillows. Things you would need to get you through the day! Staff was very friendly and helpful always answer my questions. The view was outstanding! We got to iceskate on the lake in fron of our room! Beautiful stay! I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! We had a blast on the paddleboats on the lake, the Rathbone taproom was fabulous, and the Nowhere Pizza Pub was excellent! We will be back.

Really beautiful!

It was lovely! The space was gorgeous with great views and amazing amenities. Only things that were disappointing was how squishy the bed was and that the TV was pretty dated but otherwise everything was perfect and I wish I could live here.

Condo was clean on arrival well appointed. Our plan was to come to Keystone. Enjoy the mountains and watch the Olympics. However, immediately NO TV FUNCTIONING. We immediately called, and was told someone needed to be out later that evening. Got the same run a round w promises for THREE days. Everybody passed the buck on to someone else, but we never got any help. Nice “sorrries”, but no TV. WE LEFT TODAY after 4 days, very disappointed-NO PM OLYMPICS Then, as we were preparing to leave to decide to use the laundry down the hall -swalloes$1.75, NO WORKING. DONT ADVERTISE AMENITIES THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. REIMBURSEMENT. CALL 517-290-0701.

Wonderful property!

This was a great location in Keystone - only about 5min drive to Keystone Resort, 25min from Breckinridge, 20min from Frisco, and 10min from Dillon. The instruction packet that was emailed was FANTASTIC - probably one of the most thorough instructions I've ever received from a rental property, including check-in and check-out instructions, driving directions, wifi instructions, and even recommendations for local activities, dining, etc. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the property to be quiet - we heard the neighbor's TV for about 10min after we first checked in, but otherwise the loudest thing we heard the entire weekend was the geese. You should bring an eyemask if you don't want to rise with the sun, as the blinds don't block much light, but we knew this from reading previous reviews, and it didn't bother us at all. It's a great efficiency-style apartment, very clean, and well-stocked with basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, soap, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again!

I've rented this exact unit several times and it is ALWAYS on point! So clean! Kitchen is well stocked with everything I need. Great location on the lake and the views are absolutely second to none! I love this little condo!

The condo was as expected and nice with the major exception that the sofa bed mattress was terrible. I rented the unit with the expectation that my young adult son would sleep fine on the sofa bed. Sleeping for 4 was advertised, but only the window bed mattress was adequate. We put the sofa bed mattress on the floor and used additional covers under the sheets to make it even partially adequate. This was very disappointing given the price of the unit and advertisement for sleeping options. Do not expect anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. The unit sleeps 2 on the window mattress only.

Very clean and spacious studio. Had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Was extremely convenient to have the Keystone shuttle pickup right out the front door. Made for an excellent, and very relaxing, vacation enjoying the Keystone slopes.

Horribly dry & loud & barely internet working

No one called us back and there was barely internet. Couldn’t have a computer and cellphone on the wifi a once. There was only 16mgb I have photos. Completely disappointed at the lack of customer service from summit and hoa and internet provider. Plus we couldn’t breathe and if we left window open, the bar was loud. Didn’t know bar was there.

Unit was clean and quiet. Accomodating.

White the unit was cozy and comfortable, we had some dissappointment in the lack of "Christmas" at the complex. The pictures showed lights and Christmas Tree on the lake. The tree was half assembled the entire three days we were there. Hardly no lights at the complex at all. Woke up at 6am on Monday to the Zamboni outside the unit window that ran on the lake until after 9am.

Lovely get-away

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The small balcony had a lovely view of the lake. We preferred sleeping on the sofa bed as opposed to to the bed by the window because the mattress was firmer and not so much light was shining in on us. Location is perfect.
