Con una ubicación ideal en River Run Village, a pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y festividades locales. Y estás a un corto paseo de la góndola de alta velocidad.

La sala de estar cuenta con una Smart TV de pantalla plana junto a una hermosa chimenea de gas y cómodos muebles de cuero. El sofá se retira en una cama de matrimonio y sábanas y mantas adicionales son un armario. El propietario ha proporcionado una selección de DVD, juegos de mesa y libros para su disfrute, y ha creado una guía local para su uso. Este apartamento de vacaciones se encuentra lejos del pueblo y ofrece hermosas vistas a la montaña desde el balcón privado ubicado justo al lado de la sala de estar.

Nice place, bed’s awful

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place. There were a few things that needed fixing - like a shelf coming off the wall in the entry. However, the whole experience was ruined when I couldn’t get any sleep. The master bed is memory foam. I slept about 3 hours because I was so uncomfortable. Why would somebody put this in a vacation rental? It’s a very personal decision for a bed that only few people like?? Makes no sense!

Nice and cozy

This property was small but cozy! Three adults and an infant fit just perfectly without stepping on each other’s toes! Great price especially for the location! If there was one thing to add, it would be a humidifier. But other than that we were pretty pleased!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place itself was nice. The location was by far the best thing about it. However, the checking in process made me second guess my decision. They have check in at 4pm in a location a mile away from the place. We called for early check in and they said they would call us as soon as it was ready. They never called so we showed up to pick up the key right around 3:45m. It still wasn’t ready. We waited until 4pm exactly, only for them to tell us it would be ready til 5pm and they would refund us $25 for the hour. They then gave us a key to get into the parking garage of the condo so we could park and walk around the town, but when we arrived the key didn’t even work. They said they would call us if it was ready before 5pm. I hadn’t heard anything from them by 5:15pm so I called them and got no answer. Someone called me back and said “oh your key is ready, did no one call you???” So in short. Great location and great place to stay. But how management handles their check in process and communication is questionable.

Colorado Ski Heaven

After a two year absence from Colorado Snow, in spite of this lousy pandemic, we were excited to get back to the Rocky Mountains! Silver Mill is an excellent location to stay if you want to avoid driving or catching a bus to ride the River Run Gondola to the top of Keystone mountain. Short five minute walk from the condo. The booking, check-in, and check-out of this property was stress free and efficient. The property manager provides thorough information to assist with all Silver Mill facility info, local attraction information, condo amenities, etc. The condo is located on the fourth floor of the Silver Mill and faces the parking lot. The condition of the condo can be described as "Tired". The couch and love seat have seen better days and aren't very comfortable. Need Replacement. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and the refrigerator has ample room to store food. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of plates and cups of various sizes to meet your needs. Unfortunately we had dirty dishes that were placed in the cabinets. I would question the cleaning staff as to how thorough they inspect the property when prepping for the next renter? Not too happy, as we paid a big fee for cleaning, yet some of the dishes in cabinet were gross and dirty. Begs to question, is anything really cleaned other than sheets and towels being changed? The living room carpeting was dirty and was littered with crumbs and was obviously not swept! We tried to sweep them up with the "Dirt Devil" sweeper in the condo but it was useless and did not pick up the crumbs. Cleaning Fee, what a joke. The bathroom needs attention too. The sink faucet handles are not installed properly and made it difficult to turn the water on and off because they move and are not secure. The faucet itself moves side to side and is not installed properly. The shower faucet handle is about ready to fall off too. Pack your ear plugs because at 5:30AM everyday the snow plows clears the parking lot and the windows DO NOT prevent the sound from waking you up. It is loud and consistent for at least an hour plus. Honestly, the plow sounds like it is driving through the bedroom EVERYDAY! Very annoying if you are trying to sleep. The windows do not lock and cold air pours in from them all the time. This Condo needs some TLC bad.

Property management was fabulous! Tons of open communication and information. Parking was another added bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, 2-3 minute walk from gondola and ski school (if needed) which is why you stay at River Run. These condos are about 20 years old but this one is still in good shape with some fresh paint and nice carpet. Showing some wear on furniture, but not bad. Master/king bed is very comfortable and pull out couch/sleeper sofa is decent too. It is on the parking lot side so snow plows will greet you at 5:00am or so. It has everything you need to cook in, but it is by a couple of River Run restaurants too for dining out. Bathroom is clean and they have high quality towels. Only complaint was cleanliness of some areas. There was a ton of dust on top of the fridge and the cookware on it. Also, there were some ramen noodle bits in the bedroom nightstand which is one of the only places to store clothes. A bit disappointing when you are bing charged a hefty cleaning fee in addition to the room rate. With COVID-19 prevalent, it begs the question of how clean and/or sanitized the place was.

Dissatisfied with multiple things.

Dirty dishes were in the cabinets, did not feel comfortable eating off of dishes until we hand washed them and could not be sure if everything else was clean and sanitary after finding that, it was very gross and disappointing considering there is a pandemic going on. The shower had no water pressure, the water barely even trickled out. You could not even take a bath, by the time there was 2 inches of water in the tub the water was already cold; after a long day of skiing it was pretty annoying not to be able to take a hot bath. Every day that we were there we were awaken by some form of construction being done down the hall early in the morning, we had no warning this would be happening. All of these things, combined with the resort mistakenly taking $1200 out of my account a day before I left for my vacation because they entered something wrong, and it not being deposited back for several days and the resort offering nothing more than a very thin apology are just but a few reasons while I will never return here.

Really great place

I wanted to just get away for a short wknd trip and ride Breck / Keystone without the kids and have some time alone. Saw this place...thought it was reasonably priced for the time of year. IF you read the information they send you it is so flipping easy to navigate the process. The place was clean and super comfortable. Would stay again anytime.

Everything we expected

This cozy condo was exactly what we were Looking for and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to ski and hike due to the spring like weather. This is our second time renting from this mgmt company and find them to be quite responsive. Thank you!!

Check in was a bit confusing. Beautiful area and close to hiking.

Perfect get-a-way!

We had a great time here. The key pick up was so easy and smooth, the unit was spotless and well stocked, and it was steps away from shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for opening your place to us.

Great property near several hiking and biking trails. Close the Lake Dillon and Shops at Frisco

The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a full service kitchen and the underground parking was a plus. We felt secure the entire time. Loved the bike racks to lock up our bikes.
