Work retreat

Great setup for a small mgr meeting. Had some fun and good spots to eat, meet, and chat after a day on the hill.

Pictures are very accurate, location can’t be beat, price was very reasonable. Great communication with the manager on several questions.

Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Close location to everything in Keystone. Like staying at the resort. Ski lifts in the back of unit. Very roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available.

Great location

Great location in Village of Keystone steps from Gondola. Nice amenities. Only gave it a 4 star as decor is a bit outdated. They could also use some larger coffee mugs as believe 6 ounce cups and coffee overflows when using coffee maker. Other than that it was a great stay!

Great stay

Property was exactly as listed. Beds for four people to sleep alone. More if you share. Murphy bed needs repair, but was usable. Unit was closer to gondola than I expected and no more than two minute walk to anywhere in village. Would definitely stay here again!!

Keystone Skiing

The unit is very convenient for ski in/ski out. The unit is a dated and we had a number of issues during our visit (broken door handle, disconnected cable box, fridge on the fritz). The management company (Rocky Mountain Resort Management) was unresponsive.

All about the location

A bit dated 2 bedroom 2 bath in the Black Bear Lodge. This is as close as you can get to the River Run Gondola and right in the middle of the River Run village. The condo is totally fine, it just has what appears to be original kitchen and bathroom fixtures/cabinets. An update would be helpful but with the focus on skiing and location we would happily return to this condo.

Would notbat location again

No TV for the evenings, couldnt even cast to the TV. Rooms run down, windows and doors leaked cold air. All the woodwork is old and run down, furniture old and over used. Not enough soap for a group even though the place is set up to sleep 9

Very enjoyable stay at Black Bear in Keystone

The property was perfectly located for easy access to all amenities of the village. It was very roomy for a 2 bdr/2 bath condo. Management provided thorough information and detailed instructions. The only “negative” we can think of is that the coffee cups provided in the condo are tiny and don’t hold a regular amount of coffee or hot chocolate. Not a big deal though. 😊 Would love to return!

Nice in the past but won’t stay there again after dramatic price

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was more than double the price of the prior 3 years we have stayed at this same exact condo. They said it was being remodeled and would be really nice. When we arrived the only thing different was the flooring in the walkway area was updated. It was nice to have the same place to stay at but we will be looking at other rentals from now on that hopefully aren’t as hot and have curtains to block light and have thicker walls! The location is perfect for convenience, but that was unfortunately the only perk this year.
