There are 2 sides to our story. The condo itself was wonderful and the hosts were very receptive to helping out when we had minor confusions about getting in. On the other hand, if we were rating the facility itself, it would get a one or two star rating. In the busiest part of the season, the elevators (only 2 total) were out of service with large backups and the pool and spa were having problems. This large of a condo facility needs a 24 hour person to help with customer issues in the complex. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the future if enough owners vote to improve the way they do things. I would not stay here again because of the general facility, although our individual condo was wonderful.

We loved our family stay at The Baldwin. The master bed was VERY comfortable, and the quality of the linens was better than most rentals, which contributed to a very restful sleep. We loved all the small touches provided (creamers, cooking spices, trash bags, hand soap, body wash etc.) The location couldn't be more perfect for overall ski and village convenience. We enjoyed BOTH balconies and loved the views. THE BEST FEATURE was the ski/snow boot dryer and abundant hooks and storage for ski/snow jackets in the entry. WONDERFUL STAY!

Ski week with friends

The Baldwin was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the River Run gondola and great restaurant options as well. The condo was stocked with all of the essentials. Clean and plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we return to Keystone.

The Penthouse

We loved our stay in The Penthouse. Everything was clean and the beds and bedding were perfect. The Penthouse had everything we needed and the views from the balconies were fantastic. I hope to stay here again in the future. We loved it!

Anticipated our Needs

Enjoyed this condo very much! We have stayed in Keystone several years, but needed to change locations with a larger group. This condo was well-stocked [coffee/creamers/jellies to start us off - best condo cookware I've used] and they anticipated our needs [humidifiers/pack and play]. Great views and location as well. Would recommend for your next vacay!

Christmas/New Years family ski trip

We had fabulous trip! This condo had everything we needed and more when it came to amenities! There were 9 of us, so the condo fit us perfectly! From bedding and towels, to coffee and games, everything was amazing! The only hiccup for us was that we did drive 2 vehicles. Each condo is only allowed 1 spot in the garage. Overnight parking was $25 a night. We were there for 5 nights, so we did not enjoy having to pay the extra $125 for parking. Just sharing, because we did not know this ahead of time and that was an expense we didn't expect to have. The location was perfect! We were right in the heart of the River Run village. We enjoyed walking around the shops. Our family went ice skating and really enjoyed that as well! For New Years Eve, Keystone had a very impressive fireworks show that we were amazed by and could see from the condo perfectly! That was a highlight as well! This was only the second time skiing for our kids and we felt Keystone mountain was such a great mountain for them to learn on! They had several great short green runs for beginners. The green Schoolmarm was around 3 miles long, which we loved! We were out there during a super busy time so this run made the lift lines worth it! Amazing trip all around! From the mountain and the skiing, to the condo and the village!

Fantastic location!

Our extended family of 12 (ages ranging from 12-76) rented the penthouse and one additional condo in silvermill. The penthouse was very clean, very well stocked with toiletries, dish & laundry soap, seasonings, coffee and anything you might need (and we cooked most of our meals in). There were lots of board games included for a nice break when not skiing. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when we visit. The views of the ski slopes and ease of access to shops and stores just below were perfect. The only (very minimal improvement would be for a few extra kitchen towels to be provided). 5 star in our opinion- and we are picky :)

Perfect Location/ perfect layout

Prime location. Short Walk to gondola. Restaurants, entertainment, and shops just steps away. Condo had a great layout for our family. Children Ages 10-16. Loved having full kitchen, washer/dryer. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Amazing views. Would definently stay here again.

Great Spot

Place worked out perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults, 2 teens and 2 littles). Walking distance to the gondola was short. Great to be in the heart of the village with shops and restaurants nearby. The penthouse unit was very spacious and surprisingly well sticked with Kitchen food staples. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our group.

Great location, beautiful space

We had a great stay at the Baldwin, which is right in the heart of River Run village at a keystone. When the building experienced heating issues, the owner was very accommodating and helpful, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The ski lockers, hot tubs and parking garage were great to have. The bedrooms facing the shared hot tub were a little loud until 10pm, but that wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend!

Perfect Location

The logistics of check in and check out could not have been easier and we were absolutely thrilled with the location. The online description doesn’t do it justice. We had plenty of space, the condo was fully stocked with everything we could need, and we really enjoyed our stay. To nitpick, the condo is starting to show its age and could benefit from a deep clean and new bedding.

Great Experience

Family traveling from Massachusetts, Minnesota and New York ages 1-69 coming together for a family wedding in the area. Great location and quiet being an end unit in the complex. We all enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Pack and play and booster seat for the littlest kid were helpful to minimize packing. Communication with the manager was always quick and helpful even allowing an early checkin. The videos provided for checkin were extremely helpful as we knew where to go and what to do. Thought the parking pass was in the lock box but had to look for it a bit and it was in the unit. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Convenient location in Keystone. Host has very extensive and specific instructions and videos for staying in condo. However, our first impression was an empty lockbox where a keycard was supposed to be so we could enter the building. It took the host 5 hours to respond to our text. The unit gets quite warm during the summer months. It would be nice if all the windows could open and were equipped with screens.

Will Stay Again

This property was perfect for my friends and me in our annual May Abasin trip. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and it was exactly as advertised. We were able to enjoy the patios, pool, and hot tub which was a great way to end our day of skiing. I highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again next year!
