Wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to the Gondola. Stocked kitchen. 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus! Comfy stay. Would definitely recommend.

This property was great. It was walking distance to the gondola. The amenities were perfect to occupy our teenagers. The unit itself was clean and roomy. Definitely would go back.

Father-Daughter Thanksgiving Ski Trip
Great stay! Condo was wonderfully stocked with snacks, coffee creamer and so many other items. Beds were super comfy. Furniture was getting a little dated but condo was extremely clean! Dave was a wonderful host! We will definitely return!

Summer vacation
This was my family and I's first time in Colorado. When we first arrived on the property we immediately noticed construction behind where we were staying. This construction was Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm. When we got upstairs the VRBO was very dusty. Maybe it hadnt been stayed in or cleaned in quite some time. There was just complete dust everywhere! There were cleaning supplies left inside so my wife opted to clean the bathrooms before showering. The bathroom with the jetted tub had black gunk stuck in it. My wife cleaned that tub more than 3 times with a toothbrush just to insure it was somewhat clean. Still even then, it wasn't as clean as it should have been. Other than the cleanliness and loud construction our stay was pretty nice. The kids enjoyed the pool area. I do think that the description should be updated for those whom stay during off-season. Nothing is open during the weekdays only on weekends.

Chris we do everything possible to make sure our guests have a great stay. We called you prior to your stay and emailed with our direct contact information but we never heard from you. We wish you would have called. My wife and I had just left the unit prior to your stay having done one of our bi-yearly deep cleans so I can't explain what you describe with the dust etc. Also the Keystone village was open 7 days/week while you were there in July so I'm confused on your comments about the off season. In fact one of the best festivals of the summer was held during your stay. Perhaps that was from a stay you had somewhere else. We hope we can make this right for you.

Spring Break Family Ski Trip
This condo was perfect for our stay at Keystone. The Springs is a convenient walk to the gondola as well as to “town.” We enjoyed the pool/hot tub atmosphere. Laundry area was clean and convenient. Our rental fit our family well with one son deciding to use the Murphy bed in the common area instead of sharing the bedroom with his brother. Our mattress was firm and super comfy. Three full baths was exceptional. Plenty of kitchen and bath toiletries and paper products supplied. The kitchen was very well outfitted having everything we needed to cook at home each night. We spent evenings in after skiing and it was very homey and comfortable. Loved my coffee with the morning light in the living room.

Great Weekend Ski Trip
We had a great time in Keystone at River Run. This is a great location an easy walk to the Gondola. The construction doesn’t really cause any problem. The condominium has everything you need for your stay.

This is a nice condo. Unfortunately, it was not all that clean with dust, dirty floors and hair inside the drawers. The pool and rec area was nice. Note that there is major construction in the area which means the walk to the gondola is about twice as far as it usually is and I was disappointed that this wasn’t communicated while selecting this rental.

Girls Ski Trip
The unit was great. Had everything we needed. The host was a great communicator. The only temporary challenge is construction of a new building has made mountain access more difficult.

Jeff we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I was just there for two weeks and the walk to the gondola is a little longer but still very short.

Excellent condo, has everything you need for an excellent ski vacation
We have rented at Keystone for 10 years and this is our favorite condo by far. Spotlessly clean, easy check in, excellent communication with Dave, comfy beds, short walk to the slopes, and laundry steps away from the condo door. We truly appreciated all the little extras like hand soap, night lights, and the crock pot! We didn’t need the 2 extra beds or the third bathroom but it was great to know they were there. Condo has a great layout. It was a fabulous family ski vacation and we would love to rent Dave and Desi’s condo again next year. Thank you so much!

Great location!
Our family of five had plenty of room in this 2 bdrm 3 bath condo. It was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved having quick access to the gondola and storing our skis and boards in the ski locker. Everyday we relaxed in the hot tub after a day of skiing. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll definitely rent this place again when we come back to Keystone.

Great location for skiing. Nice heated garage with ample parking. 2 heated jacuzzis, pool, movie theater, and pool table. Host was very nice and helpful.

Great condo near slopes
Really enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer. Condo had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Only a short walk to slopes, although slightly detoured because of construction.

Fantastic Condo in a great location
From beginning to end the whole process of booking this condo was very easy. Dave was very responsive with all the questions we had. When we arrived, the condo was very nice, clean, and had a very well stocked pantry with many different spices, foil, etc. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for everybody to spread out. The pool area is beautiful, kids had fun on the pool slide. The location is perfect, located right next to the gondola for skiing and next to the village for restaurants and shops. Thank you for everything and we will definitely try to book this condo again in the future.

Great Mountain Summer Getaway.
Great property in a beautiful location. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. The property is a short walk from the River Run village, which is a great spot for families. We had a few questions leading up to our stay and David was quick to respond with answers to everything. Definitely would recommend for a summer stay, and I'm certain it would be the perfect location for a ski trip as well.

A+ Best Keystone Resort and Condo
We would give this place a 10* rating!! Everything was perfect. David, the owner provided exceptional communication via email and also followed up with phone call. Condo was very classy, clean and impressed with all provided. Fans were awesome, very comfy beds, even pullout wall bed! Pool and hot tub decor layout classy/resort feel. We would come back in a heartbeat. Mountains right at tip of resort. Quaint, homey and relaxing location. Highly recommend! Thnx David!

Everything you need with great location
This property was perfect for skiing at Keystone. The walk to the gondola was easy. The property is well appointed, with many extra supplies. The only draw back was the beds were a little uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again.

Spring Break at Keystone
We had THE BEST time on our trip. This is the perfect spot for a family to enjoy the mountain. This place had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We cooked in the room for all of our meals. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were thrilled that there was a pack n play and a small high chair for our baby. The proximity to the Gondola was awesome. The lockers for our ski gear was super convenient. The owner Dave was in touch before our trip and available for questions. We are so glad we stayed here! Can’t say enough good things.

Fantastic ski lodging
The Springs Condo has great access to lifts and the village. In a day we enjoyed easy gondola access, lockers for skis, game area , and a beautiful hot tub /pool. The accommodations were beautiful and added to our family time.

A Perfect Christmas Present
Our stay in Keystone was perfect in every way. This unit is very well maintained and has everything you could ever need. The proximity to the River Run Gondola is priceless, especially when travelling with kids. We enjoyed the hot tubs and heated pool every night as well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We will definitely be coming back. Couldn't have imagined a better first time snowboarding trip for my kids (and thanks for the additional 8-12 inches of snow on Christmas Eve)!

Keystone River Run Ski In and Out
Our family had a great experience for my grandchildren’s first ski trip. This condo is literally just across the parking lot from the gondola at River Run. The condo was clean and roomy with a well stocked kitchen. We shopped at City Market and had the majority of our meals in the condo. There is a secure parking garage and lockers for ski equipment. The heated pool and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. Our host, Dave, was very thorough with all instructions and access information, and checked in with us before and after our trip. It’s the perfect place to stay when skiing Keystone.

Condo was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming.
The condo complex is the best location for the gondola, took us maybe 2 mins to walk out from the ski lockers with all our gear. Each day after being up on the mountain we would relax and warm up in the hot tubs! We all loved this. The condo itself was so comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out together at night watching movies and playing board games. Was an amazing family vacation. Highly recommend!!

Rustic condo
Check in was a breeze. A little surprised there was no A/C but no units have it. I was there for a July wedding so it was hot. The units are roomy and the amenities are wonderful

Carol yes no AC anywhere in the mountains where the summer highs are usually 67 degrees. Unfortunately this is a record breaking summer across the country. Shouldn't be a surprise - it's in the listing that way.

Exceptional experience!
The Springs is in the perfect location with a short walk to to gondola, village shops and restaurants. The condo is well equipped and met all of our needs such as fully equipped kitchen, 2 humidifiers, electrical cords for extra plugs by the nightstands, lots of movies to choose from, 3 fans, etc. It is very spacious and having the 3rd full bathroom was very convenient. Check- in and check-out was easy and we had no problems. Dave and Desi reached out to us before our trip to make sure we were all set and had no questions. They were very delightful to work with and we will definitely rent from them again.

Great Location, Great Week at Keystone
Condo and location were fantastic for our week long stay in Keystone. Heated underground parking was a huge plus and we had plenty of room for our family with the 3rd full bath and Murphy bed. Only few issues we had were getting our keys at check in, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to get that resolved. Also had issues with the key cards working at the entrances but only a minor inconvenience. Without these two issues would have been 5 stars hands down. Would definitely stay again!

Good news there is no longer a need for key cards. The entire building has gone to key pad entry - Yay!

Perfect Keystone family Condo
Our family loved this Springs Keystone condo, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and had plenty of room for sleeping, unpacking, spreading out, and dining in. Amenities are updated and a huge plus it is located right across the hall from the washer/dryer facility. The key code access was new and super convenient. Overall, we would most definitely stay in this awesome condo again!

GREAT location and wonderful stay
Loved our home away from home just steps from the gondola. Loved that we could could pop back to the condo for lunch and get back out on the slopes in such a short time. Everything was provided that you need. We even were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving feast in the kitchen! Very responsive and helpful owners. David was committed to making our stay just right. I would highly recommend staying here.
