“Spacious, clean and renovated units. Amazing mountain views from our window and the shower was sooo refreshing! We had one king and two single beds to use. I found the beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit soft.”

“The best stay of our trip. Such a great place and everyone was helpful and made everything easy. The Sunday night dinner and live music was the best meal I can remember. We’ll be booking in the next time we’re at Thredbo!”

“Dark and dingy breakfast area, smelt mouldy and needed light. Open the doors windows and let air into the place. Greeted by front office staff member with things on not a good impression. Place needs renovation and brightening up. The lounge off to the side of the main reception area smells like someone has died in there. Really bad smell couldn’t get out of there quick enough ”

“Tv,s in whole complex were all not working due to antenna out for some weeks. Broken toilet seat. Broken door on ensuite. Terrible pillows. Rattling external door outside room which had to be jammed shut until finally fixed late in week due to being a fire exit. Overwhelming musty smell in reception and main hall which permeated into rooms. Reception only manned when large groups checking in. Staff friendly but seem to be their for good time only. Poor breakfast choices that improved when...

“Great place in a fabulous location.Remember to bring coffee for the excellent coffee machine. There is no WiFi nor access to Free to Air or streaming Apps so BYO and bring some games for the kids.”

“We absolutely had a wonderful stay. Location was brilliant!! However, I was bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I found it hard to believe that the place had been cleaned earlier that same day. That is what the correspondence I received stated would be happening. There were dead flies on most window ledges & on the floor. There were biscuit crumbs on the coffee table, pet hair all over the rug and the bbq was extremely dirty! Lovely stay! Beautiful property!! “Was fine, serves a purpose. A bit dated, old furniture etc, and was cheaper than other stays in the area. Would probably go back since it serves a purpose, but definitely not a luxurious chalet.”
