Dos habitaciones con vista al mar, jardín y montaña. El dormitorio principal de esta unidad tiene dos camas individuales, el dormitorio de abajo tiene una cama queen que se compró en enero de 2018. La sala de estar cuenta con cómodas sillas de ratán y un sofá con una cama tamaño queen. Muebles de cocina y baño remodelados. Recinto de bañera y ducha en baños. Televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con TV en el dormitorio de arriba. Piso de madera laminada con apariencia desde la entrada hasta la cocina. Alfombra en la habitación delantera y dormitorio.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great accommodation with a great view of the pool and the ocean. ( as a side note, the AC unit in the upstairs bedroom needed the filter cleaned)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, clean, grounds are very well maintained with low chlorine pool. Chickens will wake you up at odd hours so bring ear plugs. The office staff and residents are very welcoming. Everything we needed for our stay and walking distance to the park and beach across the main road. Nice location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property and condo was perfect for our family of four with two kids ages 7 and 9. The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location near the pool, and right across the street from the beach was also a highlight. We appreciated the owner's having boogie boards, pool noodles and the like to use. Laura in the front office was so kind and helpful if we needed anything or recommendations. I highly recommend this unit and property.

Fabulous Stay at Hale Kamole Unit 268

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved that this unit’s balcony’s was angled so that we could sit on the lanai at all times of the day jn the shade. Units on the other side were in the sun and our family over there could not sit out in the afternoon as it was too hot.. Amazing beaches just minutes walk. Very friendly staff. This unit was stalked well with towels and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, but no boogie boards) BUT the kitchen was lacking tea towels (only 2) and no dish clothes. Neighbours that live beside are very sensitive about noise so don’t plan to party and don’t let the doors slam. (Wind took our front door one day and it’s slam did not go over so well. We would go back without hesitation. Kihei is the Best place to stay and Hale Kamole was perfect for our needs.

Easy access to highways and other shopping too. Condo is clean and service is good. We had issues with doorcode. It locked us out early on our check out day. However when we called they responded promptly and fixed the issue. Other than that our stay was really good.

Amazing view, right across the road from the beach, nice little pool, shared BBQs (which we used several times). The people there are super friendly and nice — especially our neighbour Linda! Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are just home from our stay at Hale Kamaole. We started out in unit 333 and after two weeks moved to unit 268 for a third week. We found unit 333 acceptable and well equipped. Our stay in 268 did not start well, we were unable to get into the unit until after 7pm as the code we were given was not correct. The office had closed, the contact number in our reservation was not answering, it was finally the on-site security person that assisted us to get in by contacting the unit supervisor. We also had an incident with the code on the day of departure, the code no longer worked at about 9am. Thankfully, we still had one person in the unit who was able to let us in, otherwise we would have been locked out! On the plus side, unit 268 is a great location to view of the sunset. On the negative side however, the unit was not well kept. Most significantly the carpets were filthy, they were heavily stained, very dusty along the walls and not well vacuumed. There were dead insects in several places along the baseboards, a game piece (from previous occupants) under the tv cabinet, a dryer sheet under a side table, all from the outset; all signs of inadequate cleaning between clients. The outdoor carpet on the deck was torn through by old age and friction from the chair legs, it needs to be replaced.I think unit 268 has great potential, but it needs significant TLC. The carpets need to go! We didn’t raise our concerns when we were staying there as we decided just to tolerate it for the week. We would not however choose that unit a second time and in my opinion it drags down the whole complex when it is not adequately maintained. We visited other units we found to be very well maintained and updated. I offer this feedback in the hopes that you address the issues we experienced with unit 268. I’d like to add that the complex, Hale Kamaole is well situated in South Kihei.

Always love Hale Kamaole

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Hame Kamaole many times. Love the location just across from the beach. Love that they have BBQs for guests to use which are cleaned every day. The grounds are lovely and nearly every unit has a sea view. Units are normally well cleaned and have everything we need. This last stay unfortunately the unit was not particularly clean. We complained and management was very good,recleaned it and provided us with new sheets, pillows and shower curtains, plus chocolates and coffee!

After 3 days in Honolulu, we spent 11 days in Kihei: great.The Hale Kamaole is a really nice place. Everything is clean and proper: the domain as well as the condo. The beach area on the other side of the street is clean as well and very quiet. A great place for nice vacation with the family. I recommend this property.

Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioning unit needs to be replaced. It is old and bothered the people below us. They complained. I turned it off per their request but then I was too hot. Fan was SUPER LOUD so I could not sleep with it on. Trip was amazing though!
