    The Space:

    Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Maui’s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available.



    Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

Our family has stayed in various units on this property..they have all been wonderful and this was as well. The beach is great, pool is good, general store has great sandwiches and we found excellent ice cream sandwiches. The views from the lanai were amazing!

Amazing View

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and spend time with our family that traveled there to meet us. The outdoor bbq area was super nice. The beach chairs on the grass was perfect for us. The view was incredible. The condo was nice, it only had 2 forks which made a family of six to wash a lot of dishes (we bought disposable forks and chopsticks)

Fantastic place to stay

We absolutely loved it here. The views are stunning and we could see kite surfers and whales from our deck overlooking the ocean. Very positive experience with good communication. The location was central to many things we wanted to do as well - making every part of the island, easily accessible.

Amazing Beach View

This was our second rental on our first trip to Maui. Great location to shops, beach, restaurants. Was awesome to have grass to lie on as an alternative to sand. We had four people in our party and room size was perfect. More of a hotel room feel, but we weren't there much because of the great location!

Beautiful view!

One outdoor chair was wobbly. Dining table a little off. Needs more larger coffee cups and water glasses But overall we had a great vacation.

Wonderful condo on the beach!

We love Mana Kai! It’s the best location in Kihei. This unit provided a great view of everything. We literally sat on the lanai for hours watching the ocean and all that it offered. We saw turtles from our lanai. Great vacation!

One of the best locations on the island

Fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the best beach on the island. The apartment has towels, chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you may need for the beach, which is just steps away. Fully equipped kitchen and nicely outfitted living area. Unfortunately, the restaurant and store downstairs are closed for refurbishment, so Google distances to restaurants and grocery stores before you book, unless you have a rental car.

Room 201C Mana Kai Maui

This is the Number 1 room. Great views and the sound of ocean is unbelievable. This is our second time in the same room. Everything you need's is there. I am making plans to go back to Room 201C. My wife loves this place and she will not go to any other place now. Clean and well taken care of. Location is great. I will be back.

Wonderful experience

Our condo was on the ocean end of the building. The views sitting on the lanai were spectacular. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The dedicated parking space was convenient. Well-manicured grass with Tiki torches right past the pool was ideal for watching the sunset. The sand beach was right next to all that. Wow!

FYI the fridge is leaking water inside and getting the 2 bins and lower shelf wet. Couldn’t you please include a better quality bar soap? These were useless. These are not major issues. Overall we loved the place and location. Thanks

Mana Kai Resort Review

Pros: 1) Beautiful views from balcony. 2) Unit large enough to accommodate family of 5. 3) Great location close to Wailea and downtown Kihei. 4) Cleanliness of unit and resort in general. Cons: 1) Check-in was difficult because of an issue opening the door to the unit. The front desk was closed and initial conversation with property manager was unhelpful. Ultimately, the issue was resolved. 2) Bathrooms are small. All-in-all, this is a wonderful place and we’d definitely come back.

Enjoyed our stay but overpriced in our opinion

Ant infestation in bathroom Not enough towels upon arrival Not enough garbage bags for the stay. Property manager wanted is to buy more which then the leftover bags would surely be used for future guests. But in the end they agreed to send up more garbage bags. A mid week cleaning would have been nice considering the price of the rental. 1 Beach chair was broken
