Perfect location central to everything - food, coffee, beaches, Foodland. Suzanne is very responsive and the unit is wonderfully furnished with everything you need: beach cart, chairs, towels, pickleball set. Kitchen is excellent for cooking (we didn’t cook but it has all the amenities!). Loved the in-unit washer and dryer. Everything was comfortable and clean. And the place was quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - it was a great value and wonderful gem! Thank you so much for making our first stay in Maui wonderful! Mahalo!

Our host was so great. Easy communication, very accommodating. The unit is gorgeous. We are a family of four and found the Murphy bed very comfortable. There’s everything you could need in the unit (boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler). Perfect beach right there. Also lots of shops and restaurant options to walk to. We also loved Mākena Beach (big beach) which was only a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this spot!

The host, Suzanne, was very attentive and filled us in on all the little details we needed to make our stay comfortable and go smoothly. The location of this condo is unreal! It is literally across the street from Charly Young beach which is gorgeous! There are many eateries within walking distance from the condo & Suzanne has a guide prepared with many suggestions. The condo has absolutely everything you need for your stay and for having a great time on the beach! Grab your sunscreen, snacks and drinks from ABC store and you will be set! You don't need to bring anything else from home!

This rental was fantastic! Great location, you can walk everywhere in Kihei from this unit. The unit was updated and had everything you could possibly need for cooking and going to the beach. The check in was easy and the owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating, This is my new go to when staying in south Maui.

We were pleasantly surprised by Suzanne's lovely condo which is even better in person than on the VRBO site. The view is outstanding, the furniture is beautiful and the decor is Hawaiian and pleasantly understated. The kitchen is absolutely stocked full of the things one needs to prepare meals. Appliances are brand new and work perfectly. Blinds are electric so easy to raise and lower to adjust your light level during brighter parts of the day. Overall, Suzanne's condo was a perfect home base for us, a couple of seniors who hike, birdwatch and snorkel for fun.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is perfect! My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in June. The condo is clean and has everything you need. It is so comfortable and nice. The decor is beautiful, the bed is wonderful. The beach is so close! It’s just minutes away. Also there is everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrella, towels (we loved the quick dry ones!), snorkel gear, boogie boards! So much fun. And there is a great wagon to help carry it all down to the beach. There are restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. This condo is what I would imagine if I owned it myself! Just beautiful. The hosts were great too! Communicating with them was very easy, check in/out was a breeze and They left a beautiful welcome gift that we can’t wait to display to remember our trip. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking at it, just book it.

Best stay in Kihei

This condo is extremely well-appointed. Just pack your clothing and don't worry about anything else. Beach gear, toiletries, kitchen supplies are all provided. The bed is extremely comfortable and the decor is updated. We've stayed in Kehei a number of times and this was by far our best experience.

All around great stay!

Took my daughter on her senior trip and everything about this condo was perfect. From the ease in booking to the great communication we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location and access to the beach, shopping and food was great. The unit was so well stocked and updated very nicely. I would 100% recommend and looking forward to staying again.

Great space, well appointed. Awesome extras.

Very nice space. Very clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The little touches are awesome. The bar area is classy. The beach items, chairs, umbrellas, and pickleball gear are really nice. I’ve stayed at other places that have stuff not as nice. Plan on returning again.

A Maui must stay!

Well stocked and organized with everything you need to enjoy the beach and cook at home. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and pickleball courts. Suzanne was extremely responsive and provided excellent restaurant recommendations in the welcome guide.

Above and beyond

The condo was just as pictured..and better..everything is labeled with instructions..or even with a qr code..it is aonly 5 minute walk to charlie young beach..which to me was the best beach..and a must to stop at the pool on the way back..dont forget your pool key..the pool is salt water and nice and warm..air in both rooms..a big plus. And its a corner unit no window going out to the walkway from your bedroom its on the side...75 invh tv for football..dont forgrt your net flix and prime passwords..we had a group and what we saw of their condos..one looked like a dorm room with very plan decor and furniture...this place put them to shame..

Maui Vista

Overall great experience! This was a trip for my wife and myself. This was the perfect location with plenty of things to do in the area. Close to the beach where we took a walk every morning. Suzanne was excellent. Great communication with responding very quickly when I had questions and very helpful with the welcome letter with things to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly appointed, perfectly located

Our family had a fantastic time in Maui. This condo is located a few minutes walk from the beach and has everything you could possibly need. It contained a number of amenities including beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys, board games, coffee maker, air conditioning, lanai and a number of well placed ports for all your devices. A fabulous time was had by all!

This condo was clean, organized, and had everything we needed! The owners obviously take great care of the property and our communication with them was great, they were very quick at responding. I would absolutely recommend staying here it was perfect! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing place

This was a great place to stay. The unit has everything you would want plus a lot more. The host has gone a long way to add all the extras you would want. The beds were fantastic and it is super close to all the amenities. It just made you feel like you were in your own home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed this unit at Maui Vista. It was clean, tastefully renovated and the owner was accommodating and responsive. It was Humpback season during our stay and we could see them right off the lanai, even without the binoculars provided! We would reccommend this unit without hesitation.

Amazing experience in a beautiful condo.

We had the most wonderful time in Maui staying at this condo. It literally had everything you need for an amazing stay, including beach, chairs, snorkelling gear, beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, name it, they have it the communication was unbelievable and we truly felt at home in the unit it was extremely clean when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo new Kam 1 beach. It’s a short walk. Close to all activities in Kihei. Kitchen had all necessary gadgets so didn’t feel pressured to eat out a lot. Life’s great at the beach.
