Bienvenido a nuestro Wailea Condominio en el Palms de Wailea. Nuestro piso es un gran 1200 pies cuadrados recientemente renovado dos dormitorios, dos baños condominio que está a poca distancia de algunas de las mejores playas del mundo. Para su comodidad, ofrecemos sillas de playa, toallas de playa, más fresco y una sombrilla de playa.

The Palms at Wailea es un complejo de villas de lujo deseable con sólo 150 unidades de alquiler. Hay una hermosa piscina de agua salada climatizada con vistas al océano, Molokini cráter y las montañas del oeste de Maui. Cerca hay un gran golf y buceo, centro comercial de alta gama, restaurantes y casual, y atracciones locales.

El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva almohada superior cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales superiores nueva almohada (las camas individuales se pueden convertir a un poco más pequeña que la cama estándar de matrimonio) con cada habitación tiene su propia unidad de aire acondicionado. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar y la sala de estar tiene una tercera unidad de aire acondicionado.

Fantastic condo! Wonderful hosts! A few tiny hiccups that were resolved right away. The condo lanai is very private and large. Lots of good seating, great areas for sun or shade.

We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. The condo was well-appointed with everything we needed and check-in and out were smooth. The location is perfect for enjoying all that South Maui has to offer. It also offers easy access to other parts of the island. We love this area of Maui.

This property was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach toys. Great location. One thing to note is the pool is not kid friendly. They do not allow any floaties or pool games. This property is great for groups without kids or groups that are planning on spending more time at the beach than the pool. Also note that the property description says there is a grill on the lanai, however the grill is a shared grill in the middle of the lawn. Great communication with the host Peter! He was super responsive to my questions.

A beautiful home to stay, clean and comfortable. We love the peaceful environment. Spacious master bedroom and bathroom. All the air cond units worked efficiently the whole time we were there, which was great for Maui weather. We can cook with the utensils that are necessary and a dish washer. Walking distance to all other resorts and shops. We enjoyed both, the regular walks to nearby Andaz Maui at Wailea resort to be with our other family members, and also the walks to the nearby beach. An excellent base for travelling around with our rental car.

Property was in a great location however the unit was located near the intersection of two busy and noisy streets. The tall hedge offered complete privacy but it was noisy if you were outside.

We loved our stay here. Was very easy to book and get access to the condo. The location was close to the beach, food and shopping. The condo had a lot of space and is a great layout. We very much enjoyed the outside living space and having our own BBQ. Would definitely stay again... no issues.

We spent 3 weeks at this property in January 2023. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had one little issue and check in but owner and property manager addressed it immediately. The property is a bit older and doesn’t have a true ocean view, but that is reflected in the nightly rate. We have been staying in Wailea for 30 years and this property matches up with any we have rented in terms of value. One additional point. A few reviews mentioned road noise. We did not find it to be a big deal. It is close to the road but having stayed at the Palms many times before, you can occasionally hear road noise at most of the units. And to put it in perspective, we heard far more noise from our neighbors on their lanai or in the unit upstairs (not sure what was going on there —sounded like a square dance several nights!). All of this generally subsided by 10 or 1030, and in any case, is kind of to be expected in a condominium complex. It was not a problem. All in all, we had a wonderful trip and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property should not be renting in this condition. Two twins has extremely uncomfortable mattresses. All pillows are very old and not good . Beach towels towels been in use for hundreds years , has holes. It was very embarrassing to bring them to pool. Clocks ( 3 ) of them never worked properly. Draining in both bathrooms takes time to clear . My daughter and her two kids left 4 days earlier, because they could not spend there vacation in this condition of this rental condo . I would like to have some refund on what we paid for for horrible vacation . VRBO has to remove this property from listing . Please , contact me asap. Thanks

Neighbors above and around were very welcoming we loved meeting Todd Valentine. Unit was spacious. Very loud in the am w/gardener lots of street noise as well. Washer/dryer too small to wash towels. Overall the location is great, pool area nice. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks

This home is in a beautiful complex, close to many beaches and a short-drive to restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. It was clean with a nice layout. The patio is large with lots of seating. We really appreciated the beach gear. The pool and garden walkway are refreshing and relaxing. Parking is close to the home. Peter was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. He provided tips and answered my many questions. And graciously gave us a late check-out so we could spend our last day on the beach. Maui is a beautiful place and we appreciated the COVID precautions. It was the perfect setting to take a break from reality. Thank you, Peter, for sharing your home and helping our experience be a great one!

We stayed for four nights, a site map is the only thing that would have been helpful as this property is very expansive with little signage within property. Loved the location and place was nice, clean and we'll stocked Aloha!

This was our second time staying at the Palms, we’d stayed in a different unit previously, but things were extremely booked up over thanksgiving. This one is pretty outdated (old carpet, sliding doors from the living room to the lanai are kind of stuck and very hard to open, pillows seem old and are flat, etc) and the location within the property is quite loud as it’s right next to the street and a bunch of construction. If you’re traveling with kids there’s no bath tub, no black out curtains, and a lot of things at kids height, but there were some nice beach toys for kids in the closet. It was cleaned well and had the basics in the kitchen. I wouldn’t stay here again, but for the price if you’re flexible on how nice your unit is, it’s a good deal, especially in Wailea.

This lovely property was perfect for our family of four (with older kids). We especially loved the welcoming touches and impeccable cleanliness of the space when we arrived. This condo has everything needed for a Maui getaway. The pool and grounds are beautiful and relaxing. There are ample towels and beach gear provided. The location is super close to beach entries/access and all the other fun stuff. We left recommendations in the guest book (check it out when you book this place). Also, I noticed prior guests mentioned the construction and pillows. Neither of these were an issue for us. The beds/bedding were great!

The location is perfect, close to kihei and Wailea. Ac in all rooms worked great. Washer and dryer is awesome to have. There is some noise from the nearby road outside, but didn't bother me much. My only issues were that the back patio light didn't turn off and the master bedroom has white curtains, so it kept me up all night. The sheets were rough and in bad shape, and the pillows were awful ( way to squishy and soft) hurt my neck. Otherwise the condo was amazing.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the palms in Wailea. This condo was wonderful. Very clean well equipped everything in working order. I would definitely come back to this particular unit in the future. The owner was very responsive to any email. Also very accommodating with an early check-in

There are pros and cons to this property. Wailea is a lovely part of Maui and this condo does put you close to those beaches and the walkway along the ocean. As long as you have a vehicle, you can be anywhere in 10 minutes. The condo is spacious and clean and set up nicely for a family of four. I appreciate the beach chairs, umbrella & boogie boards. However, I agree with some of the other reviewers that the traffic noise, and the construction project right across the corner make it impossible to enjoy the lanai or to even open the windows for fresh air when it's cool at night. I knew we would be out and about on excursions and enjoying the beach, so I didn't think it would bother me. Unfortunately, it did because I also would have liked to enjoy coffee on the lanai, and cooking on the grill. I do think it is important to say that I believe the owners of this unit price it appropriately. Most Wailea properties this size are more expensive. I also think the owners of this property are kind enough to offer a cancellation policy and that was really important to me. This was the #1 reason that I booked this property. I reached out to other owners of more expensive properties and was told no exceptions would be made. Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Maui. Having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Wailea location allowed us to do that.
