Ven a disfrutar del sol de Maui ... y el estilo de vida. Hospédese en nuestro condominio completamente amueblado de 1 dormitorio que es limpio, cómodo y decorado con estilo isleño. El complejo Maui Vista está rodeado por 10 acres de exuberantes jardines tropicales. Nuestro condominio de vacaciones se encuentra en South Kihei, justo al otro lado de la calle de Charlie Young / Kamaole I Beach, que es una hermosa playa de arena blanca. Es perfecto para nadar, bucear o simplemente relajarse.

Nuestra unidad es tranquila y privada, una de las más deseables en Maui Vista. En el segundo edificio, así que está lejos del ruido del tráfico de Kihei Road, pero todavía muy cerca de la playa. Esta unidad de planta baja es de fácil acceso sin tener que usar escaleras / ascensor, y ya que estamos en el final, es muy privada. La mayoría de las unidades aquí solo ofrecen aire acondicionado en la sala de estar, pero también lo ofrecemos en el dormitorio, además de 2 ventiladores de techo. Nuestro condominio cuenta con una terraza, sala de estar / comedor, además de cocina completa. Tenemos una cama doble en el dormitorio, además de un sofá cama muy cómodo, por lo que podemos alojar hasta 4 personas.

Hemos venido a Maui por más de 20 años, nos encanta porque ofrece lo mejor de todas las islas hawaianas. No te pierdas el camino a Hana con las hermosas selvas tropicales y cascadas. Recomendamos el viaje de snorkel a Molokini, o tomar un bote de observación de ballenas fuera del puerto de Ma'alaea. Asegúrese de visitar las tiendas y galerías de arte en Front Street en Lahaina, sin mencionar las tiendas en Wailea para ir de compras de talla mundial.
En un día típico en nuestro condominio, te despertarás con los pájaros tropicales en el jardín, disfruta de un delicioso café hawaiano y fruta fresca local en la terraza, mientras planeas tu día. Es difícil decidir ... jugar un partido de tenis, o caminar por la calle para nadar temprano en la mañana, o tal vez comenzar con una ronda de golf en Wailea ... o tal vez simplemente relajarse en la piscina.

Los mercados locales, restaurantes, parques y tiendas están a pocos pasos, y también estamos a pocos kilómetros de los resorts exclusivos de Wailea, famosos por su golf, compras y vacaciones famosas.

Maui siempre ha sido elegida la Isla # 1 en el mundo. Kihei está convenientemente ubicado a 12 millas del aeropuerto, en la parte más soleada de la isla. We thought this was a great spot to be in Kehei! Walk north, walk south, never need to go too far to reach your desired destination!! The condo was pleasant, Tricia was right there when I needed her (via the app). Wish we had longer than the week.

I love this cozy and comfortable home for vacation, this vacation apartment has washer/dryer and dishwasher are the most important things I like to have in my daily life. All kitchen supplies are so nice and convenient. Nevertheless, this is the 2nd time in life for me to stay in private home for vacation. Both are impressive….

This is really nice location close to Kamaole I beach, shops. Place is nice and clean. Tricia was very responsive. We ask all question in the beginning and we did not have many questions during our stay as everything necessary we got on property. We love the place. Thanks, Tricia.

We loved our stay at Tricia's condo. The location is fantastic with so many stores, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed including boogie boards and snorkeling gear.

The condo was clean and well kept with all the amenities for a beach vacation. It’s in an ideal location for quick access to the beach and shopping. We would stay in this unit again!

This is a humble but cute little apartment with great location. The kitchen is well stocked, there's beach toys in the cabinet, and the dual AC is great. While I appreciate the great value, I do think the standard of care need to be increased. I'm not the pickiest with how clean a space needs to be, but the rental was definitely not cleaned appropriately before our arrival. There was dirt, leaves, and dead bugs all over the floor throughout, and heavily accumulated behind the doors. The quilt and shams were noticeably dirty and hasn't been washed recently. The shower and adjacent cabinet had spiders, with lots of old dead bugs. The walls in the bedroom were dingy and grimy. The turnover clean needs to be improved and the full place needs a deep clean + repaint. We had to vacuum the entire place upon arrival and change the blanket on the bed. This is poor service, even for the low price, especially with the additional cleaning fee charged. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with a family, this could be a good fit. Especially if newer reviews show the cleaning has improved. But I have to warn for those with allergies: my sinuses acted up every time we came back to the apartment. Not sure if from mold, dust, bugs, or what. I was congested every night, which disappeared when we went outside. So someone with sensitive allergies should not stay here.

We had never stayed at a VRBO in Maui (our first visit actually) and it turned out to be the best spot. Loved the privacy of the end unit with garden area. And right across the street from a beautiful beach. Our host made sure we understood what was expected from us which made our stay even more delightful. Barb & Ira Goldstein

Words cannot convey how grateful we were to Tricia for accommodating our family last minute with the fires in Maui - something VRBO doesn't offer naturally - but she responded immediately to my desperate plea after our flights were cancelled. Tricia was SO responsive and kind - checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had all that we need - and how she could help the people of Maui. We walked all around Kihei - everything was convenient and accessible - beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and markets. Thank you Chiariello Family!

Nice place to stay. Convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Just one negative is the bathroom. The shower is pretty small and we’re not big people; possibly needs updating. Being in the 2nd building, the location is pretty quiet. The geckos were pretty loud though.

Beautiful grounds & complex. Bldg. 2 corner unit away from street noise, exactly as stated in description. Queen bed in bedroom on the small side, but comfortable. Beautiful blinds in unit, however still allows light into unit at night when closed. A/c is a plus!

The unit smelled strongly of bleach/cleanser when we arrived, but when we went to bed, found that the light comforters smelled of body odors. We took them both to a nearby laundromat to wash and dry them; this cost was over $15 but it was worth it to us since we were there for a week. When using the sofa bed, we found it was filthy underneath when one of the cushions fell into it and onto the floor; big dust bunnies, mud and dirt. Under the bed was also dirty, so we made sure not to drop anything. The owner was aware that the miniblinds were broken and couldn't be lowered for privacy (the gardener startled us twice when he showed up on the lanai) but she didn't warn us until I contacted her about the dirty bedding and blinds. Although she apologized she did nothing to compensate for our efforts to clean our own bedding. The kitchen had most necessities, but the air conditioners are old and inefficient. I cannot recommend this place despite the location close to the beach (5 minute walk).

We really liked the comfort and location of this unit. It was truly a home away from home. Every need that we had during our stay was provided for, from a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, cookware and dinnerware to a washer and dryer, comfortable bed and beach amenities. Access to the unit was the closest to the parking lot and although the hallway entrance is shared with another unit it was very private and secure. A short walk or drive from the unit gave us access to the beach, shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

Completely equipped condo style living. Everything to be comfortable inside from dishwasher to washer dryer etc. table & chairs inside and out. Ground floor with plants in front making it totally private. Lovely furnishings well supplied beach chairs, umbrella, etc etc. Ten min from an amazing beach. Highly recommend.

This apartment is located in a central spot. You can walk to various beaches, shops, etc. There's plenty of parking (just be sure to get your parking permit from the main office). There's a food truck park just 2 blocks north, with lots of options. The location has it all! The apartment comes with pool toys, beach accessories, etc. which are located in the closet on the left (just as you enter). We did not see that, and ended up renting an umbrella, etc. even though Tricia provides everything! Oh well, I guess we should've checked! The only gripe I had was with the sofa bed. It has seen better days, and the bed was too soft and lumpy. Other than that, it was a great vacation! Thank you, Tricia!

This is a nice spot with a great location in Kihei. It's very easily accessible and doesn't suffer from a lot of the traffic issues in other areas of the town and island. Tricia was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We had a late-night arrival, and check-in was still a breeze. Highly recommended!
