No Internet, trouble with keycode
From the moment we got there no internet. Called the 800 number for property management company was told to unplug the router and wifi extenders. There were multiple calls to the 800#. Still no internet until Saturday. The 800 people stated they contacted the local office. No contact from the local office I found the local office on the island, went there in person and asked to speak with a manager. The management company sent someone to the house. They did the unplug the router thing, still no internet. The management company ended up giving us a hot spot that only worked for the living room TV and 1 Ipad. They contacted the owner who had the cable company reset the router, still no internet in the house. No internet no TV for the upstairs bedroom, the downstairs TV never did work. In the middle of the internet fiasco, the key code stopped working on Friday. and had to get a new number reset. I do believe we are entitled to some kind of compensation. We were stuck in the living room watching one TV and 2 kids sharing 1 Ipad.
