Casa de 3 dormitorios en Oceanside en Kill Devil Hills con un corto paseo a la playa.

El ajustador de la actitud es perfecto para su retiro siguiente de la familia. Esta es una cómoda, casa de familia muy bien decorada que tiene todos los ingredientes necesarios para hacer sus vacaciones completas. Ubicado en el centro, y cerca de las atracciones del área, restaurantes, tiendas, muelle de pesca, a corta distancia a pie del acceso a la playa de Atlantic Street. Nuestro porche filtrada es ideal para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o cócteles por la tarde mientras huele el aire salado del océano y disfrutar de la brisa del océano.

Pase sus vacaciones relajantes o disfrute de los sitios y atracciones que los Outer Banks tiene para ofrecer. Esta casa tiene una ubicación céntrica para ayudar a planificar con excursiones familiares a los faros, Wright Memorial, NC Aquarium o aventurarse a Corolla y ver los caballos salvajes vagando por las playas.

Family Vacation

The home was in a great location to restaurants, shopping and beach access. Easy check in and out. The home was great for 6 six adults and 3 children ranging from 5 to 11 months.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looked fine from the outside, but inside drastically needs updated and thoroughly cleaned. If you stay here, be prepared for 3 inch cockroaches, stained dining room chairs, and just overall cleaning needed. Kitchen needs updated, new/updated stove, better kitchen utensils (glad I brought along my extra kitchen stuff) Would NOT stay here again.

Our reservation went smoothly, the staff was friendly and the house was CLEAN! Super close to the beach, literally a walk and your feet are in the sand. Will absolutely visit the OBX again but will most likely even stay here!

Great location, floor plan and ability to accommodate a large family- property could use a few undates- top decks/benches need some repair. 1st floor bedroom could use a mattress replacement. Limited wifi which limited streaming services.

Great Escape

The location of the house was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Perfect for early morning strolls on the beach with coffee or evening strolls after dinner. The house was a perfect size to accommodate my two teenage girls their own space which helped everyone maintain their sanity. The owners have provided odds and ends of daily items you may want/need. I would gladly rent attitude adjuster again.

Nice house, good location

Overall we liked the house and location. Beach is within the walking distance, there’s a lot of restaurants around, grocery store and everything we needed was conveniently located. Kitchen could have been a little bit more stocked with better frying pans and wine glasses :-) (had to go buy my own). What we didn’t like was mattresses on the beds, they are extremely uncomfortable.

Attitude Adjustment! Indeed.

Just a short walk to the beach. Not right on the beach. Could hear traffic from the main road. Close enough to walk to several restaurants. It was just the right size for our group. Loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again.

For a small budget good stay

We really enjoyed our time at this location. It was close to the beach about a 3 block walk. We would of liked to have more of a heads up that linens and basic needs like hand soap were not included. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We would use the company again but maybe another property.

Definitely Adjusts Your Attitude!

This is a great little beach house. Plenty of room in great room and kitchen. Decks, porches and balconies on all sides. Walk to beach or drive to public beach access with parking. Location is great, close to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay, very quiet and accomodating

We had an excellent stay - in a time of uncertainty and self-quarantining it was refreshing to find a reality company that had the same mentality. Office was clean, masks were required and they even gave us cleaning supplies and encouraged us to wipe down the property before settling in. We had a great time and if you're looking to protect your family while going on a beach vacation, this is the company to do with.

Comfort and convenience

Great location. House was clean and had lots of outdoor seating. Didn't particularly care for the "marsh view" across the street. Easy beach access.
