My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very close to the beach, bike shop and restaurants. Great space for a family of 4 adults. Quiet neighborhood. Nell and Debra were great hosts! We had a lovely weekend.

Absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean home! We have been visiting OBX for many years and this was one of the cleanest and most organized houses we have ever stayed in for our our vacation. We knew where to find everything we needed. The host was most gracious and answered any questions we had right away. Short walk to beach and great restaurant spots nearby. We wanted to move in and stay! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great October weekend

Our family booked a last minute OBX trip and the Salty Soul was the perfect place to stay. The house was very clean and well kept. Kids loved the backyard for kicking the soccer ball. Perfect location for us as we did activities north of Nags Head and on Roanoke.

A Great Family Getaway Convenient to Beach, Restaurants. Shopping & Attractions

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Salty Soul. It was convenient to everything in a nice neighborhood. We were within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Our daughter snd her friend moved the upstairs area that gave them private space as young adults. It was nicely furnished. We wanted a place that we could enjoy and feel comfortable in. The owner pays attention to details, takes pride in providing a nice place and wants guests to enjoy their stay.

A Perfect Beach Getaway!

I stayed at this beach house over the weekend, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the perfect beach house. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole layout was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, relax, and soak in the best of the Outer Banks, this is it. I’m already thinking about booking my next stay!

Annual Vacation Spot

This is my second time booking the Salty Soul and it is the perfect house for my family’s vacation. You have 2 beach access points within walking distance. Many bars, restaurants, and store within walking distance as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the house is cozy and has everything you need from rooms to balcony’s. The house is super clean, the beds are comfy, and there is plenty of space.

Perfect House, Perfect Location!

The property was clean and felt new. The house had everything you needed for a weeks stay at the OBX. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy to carry your gear there. It is close to the museums, Bodie Lighthouse and short drive to Duck and Corolla. Plenty of stuff to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy walking distance to the beach and super clean!

We stayed here with our young family and it was the perfect location. Close for little legs to walk to the beach and also close to a grocery store and some non-beach activities in the area. My kids loved the fenced in yard. The best part of this property was how clean it was. I hate renting at the beach normally because beach homes are often run down and dirty but this place was very clean and well maintained!

Absolutely Perfect!

For our family this home was absolutely perfect! Location, cleanliness, amenities, layout of the home, everything about it was top-notch...and it is a beautiful and comfortable home, well built and very tastefully decorated. We will highly recommend it to friends and family and we'd happily stay again if we're ever in the area. Our thanks to Nell for being an amazing property manager, every detail was considered and she was easily accessible if we needed anything. Thank you!

Best home on the Outer Banks!

I can’t say enough great things about this house. Everything was beautifully appointed and made you feel like you could be in your own home. So many amenities were provided for comfort, cooking, and activities. Kids loved playing the back yard. The location was perfect and many choices for dining, shopping, attractions, and beach access were so close by. I hope we can come back and stay longer next time. The owner’s communication was top notch. If you are coming to the OBX, you need to book this property!
