Beautiful property, loved the amenities. Appreciated being dog friendly. All necessary items were there- linens, fully stocked kitchen, laundry. The only negative is that we never received our check-in information by email, and it was later in the evening in Sunday so that was inconvenient. Would stay again. Highly recommend overall.

The apartment was very clean inside, however, the stairway and sidewalk were not clean. The apartment was exactly as described. Please note, you will need to travel to get to the beach amenities. Also, you will have to drive to the pool.

We had a great time at the property and were pleasantly surprised at how luxurious it felt. The place and grounds were immaculate. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Check in process sucked as some how they had the wrong email. But after calling got it resolved pretty quick. Apartment was amazing family loved it (other than the noisy upstairs tenants that sounded like a stampede of buffalo when trying to sleep). If we go back to OBX would rent here again but top floor next time.

Stellar property. Great location and condition. Very modern and lovely space. Communication with host about entry and codes and check outs was terrible (nonexistent really). We had to reach out and ask for everything. We did get quick responses when we asked for help. Could not find the property because the building and road are new and poorly labeled for a nighttime arrival. Need a property map with arrow to help. Those things need to be fixed to stay an Expedia listing. It’s a beautiful property and unit, but it is not up to Expedia standards for check-in clarity and basic communication. Easily fixed with more proactive property communication.

Beautiful 3br unit. Was very confused about what the address and unit number were. They did text me which was great. Room darkening curtains would be nice. Lights shined through the blinds and didn’t make the room very dark. Also, construction going on starting at 7 am driving pylons into the ground for a new building very close by. Loved the amenities. Pools were great. Will stay again.

Text message service for maintenance was not working. Rejected all messages. Could get porch door fixed. Kids had to go through master bedroom to porch.

Me and my family could NOT believe how most of our stay our condo was 78-80 degrees. (I have pictures of the thermostat). When we realized there was an issue, we saw maintenance walking around. He came in and tried to fix it and he said he had to call someone because somethings wrong and he couldn’t do it he said that someone will come later on that day. Well, the next day at night we couldn’t take it anymore, and I called and said this needs to be fixed immediately our condo was roasting and I went out and BOUGHT a fan because the next joke is the ceiling fans in all the rooms BUT 1 didn’t work. Well fast-forward to when the electrician came in, he could not believe that we were staying in that condo that humid inside he was even sweating. After an hour, he got it fixed & of course our last day there. It was a complete joke…. Very, very bad communication. It’s almost like they didn’t care.. I have never stayed somewhere where I paid that much and had to deal with something like that.
