Bienvenido a uno de los nuevos condominios frente al mar en los Outer Banks de Carolina del Norte. Nuestra unidad de esquina es una con dos dormitorios, dos baños, frente al mar, situado cerca de Wright Brothers National Memorial. También está a poca distancia a pie de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la isla. What a fabulous property and absolutely the best pet friendly condo and property! The condo was immaculate and exceeded standards in every way. Our host, Marilyn, was instantly available when we experienced a minor hiccup which was easily resolved. We hope to return!

Kill Devil Hills get-away. Condo was perfect for a few beach days, it was great we could bring the dog. Good location, nice beach, weather was a little iffy, but nothing could be done about that. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Very nice condo, a bit dated on the decor but overall we were happy with our choice. Marilyn is a wonderful host and extremely easy to contact. I don’t think we waited more than a half hour for her to get back to us. There is a 1 unit washer/dryer combo that we’ve never seen before and it came in very handy! The only thing I would’ve done different is paid for daily housekeeping. It’s not the standard in OBX but it’s nice to come back from the beach in a nice clean room!Overall it was a great stay, with lots of food and bar options very close by. Our teens (17) had fun walking around at night and meeting girls in the area. And if you’re a gym person, the Outer Banks Sports Club is where to join for the week. I believe it was 70 for the week and they give you a free t shirt. Lastly, if you’re a cat lover, head over to Meowter Banks Cat Cafe. Very cool place to play with cats that are up for adoption. Look on the weather app to see when it’s cloudy or rainy and book and appointment in advance. It books up quickly in those days.

Ideal Location, Superb Accommodations

Marilyn was a very responsive, welcoming, and friendly host. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise, reading, and relaxing Due to an issue back home, we disappointingly needed to leave early but we will be re-booking at this Vrbo in the near future!

Pleasant Stay in the OBX

The condo was very cozy and comfortable, and had a nice beach vibe. We had a great view of the ocean from the deck, the furnishings were nice, the beds were comfortable and the condo was well-maintained. I loved the property amenities - I used the Fitness Center every day and the beach access was excellent. It was so convenient having an elevator available. We used our beach buggy as a luggage cart as the luggage carts provided didn't work very well. We always found a spot to park in the parking garage. Communications with Marilyn were great! We had one issue while there and Marilyn responded to us very quickly.

Lovely Spring Respite

Celebrated a landmark birthday at this lovely oceanfront condominium. Late April, early May visit with mild weather. The unit was well supplied to make the visit easy. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean. The best thing about this unit was the wonderful deck! More than adequately furnished and a spectacular view!! I also appreciated the fact that the unit is pet friendly. My dog loved being back at the beach. Our hostess, Marilyn, was very helpful. We tried almost all of the restaurant suggestions that she made and were not disappointed at any of them. All in all great food, great weather and a great condo!

Family Trip-April

The condo was amazing, the view was breathtaking and we had such a great time. Marilyn was absolutely great to work with! Nothing was left undone at the condo it had everything you would need, and then some. Book this condo! The only thing is the time of year we want, the pool was closed. It would be nice to maybe have a heater for the pool so guests can use during the off season. Other than that, excellent!

Top OBX rental

Communications with the owner were always first rate, easily the best we've had in 40+ yrs of visits to OBX. Unit is on the second floor and the elevator was always clean and in good working order, making moving in and out a breeze, as well as easy beach access. (The building even provides dollies!) Parking spaces are over-sized.The entire east wall of the unit is sliding glass doors onto the balcony which fronts onto the ocean. The balcony is furnished with 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs AND a high-top table with 4 chairs. Great place to just sit and relax. Dunes hide the view of the beach, but also provide plenty of privacy. Kitchen appliances are all up to date, including stacked washer/dryer. Unit is nicely furnished, and bright and airy due to aforementioned east wall. Nice selection of beach reads, games and puzzles. TVs in every room and strong WIFI. Location is great with 3 major supermarkets within a couple of miles, and several eateries and beach shops within walking distance. Definitely would stay there again.

Another amazing stay

This is the second year in a row coming to stay in this condo. We absolutely love everything about it. It’s a comfort to return to the same place knowing where everything is, knowing the condo will be perfectly clean, and that Marilyn is always there online to give us all the information and updates. We have immediate booked our trip for next year! The view, the peacefulness, especially being a corner unit, the food at the local restaurants, never disappoints We saw the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s a home away from home that we recommend to everyone we know. Thank you again Marilyn and we can’t wait for next year!
